摘要

进入新世纪以来，我国农产品储藏保鲜技术迅速发展，农产品冷链物流对于我国的农业经济方面有着举足轻重的作用，农产品冷链物流是有关国计民生的重大问题。我国每年约有4亿吨生鲜农产品进入流通领域，冷链物流比例逐步提高。然而我国农产品冷链物流的发展仍有着很多制约与不足之处，在我国还未取得很好的发展。因此，研究冷链物流的发展现状与问题不仅对我国冷链物流的发展有着重大意义，还有助于我国农业的发展。

本文主要以某蔬菜基地为依托，简述某蔬菜基地冷链物流的主要概况，研究分析其冷链物流的发展现状及其存在的问题制约，并根据国外冷链物流发展经验提出相应的对策与建议。

本文运用SWOT分析法进行综合分析，通过全方位优劣势分析以及外部机遇与威胁的判别，分析发现某蔬菜基地面临的问题，并借鉴国外发达国家冷链物流的发展经验教训为其提出相应的改善建议。本文主要是根据一些国外先进经验提出的某冷链物流发展对策建议，有些理论可能与中国实际不相符。以后可以结合某本地的实际情况与国外先进经验来给出更加贴合中国本地特色的对策建议。

On the cold chain management strategy of Shouguang vegetable base

Abstract: Since entering the new century, the rapid development of China's

agricultural products storage and preservation technology, agricultural products cold chain logistics for China's agricultural economy has a pivotal role, agricultural products cold chain logistics is major issues concerning people's livelihood. China has about 4 tons of fresh agricultural products into the circulation, the proportion of cold chain logistics gradually improve. However, the development of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China still has many restrictions and shortcomings, and has not achieved good development in China.. Therefore, the research on the development of cold chain logistics is not only a great significance for the development of cold chain logistics, but also contributes to the development of China's agriculture. This paper mainly take Shouguang vegetable base rely on, brief description of Shouguang vegetable base of cold chain logistics, research and analysis the cold chain logistics development status and control problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the foreign cold.

In this paper, using the SWOT analysis method to carry on comprehensive analysis, through a full range analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and the external opportunities and threats of the discriminant analysis, found that Shouguang vegetable base facing problems, and learn from the development experience and lessons of the cold chain logistics in developed countries for the corresponding improvement suggestions.
