Abstract
BruslilessDCmotors(BLDC)areever-increasinglyutilizedin
appliances.Withitswidemanyfields,includingapplicationinmanyindustrialcontrollersandhousehold
fields,thetraditionalsellsorcontrolmethodisnot
asappliedinsomeapplication.so,sensorlesseonla'olmethodemergesthetimesrequire,especiallyBack EMFmethodis
sensormoreandmoreusefulthanthetraditionalcontrolmethod.Now,it’sbecomingone
ofthemostpopulartrendinBLDCcontrol
Basedonsystem.theprincipleandthemathematicalmodeloftheBLDCmotordrives,the
theoryofBack-EMFmethodandthezero-crossingdetectingeircoitareintroducedandanalyzedindetail.Butwhenthemotorisatstandstilloratalowspeed,itisimpossible
aorverydifficulttogetthepositioninformationfromback—EMF.Thereforeparticular
methodtostartupthemotorfromstandstillisneededinsensorlesscontrolmethod
ofsystembasedonBack-EMFdetection.hlthispaper,the
aadvantageanddisadvantagetheconlmonstart-upmethodareanalyzed,and
calledpositionclosed—loopstarting,itnovelstart—upmethodisproposedwhichof
toconsiststhree—step--initialback—EMFrotorpositionestimation,positionclosed—loopstarting,tuming
andexperimentalresultshave
detectionerrordriving.Thesimulationdemonstrateditswellstartingperformance.Rotorpositionandinterruptionisalsoinvestigatedinthispaper,thencompensationandrestralnationmethodareproposed.
Intheend,withsoftwaredesignaccomplishedinCodewarrior,thehardwaresystemofBrushlessDCmotorssensorlesscontrolbasedonMC56F805isbuiltasanexperimentalplatform.Experimentalresultsandpracticalutilizationssubstantiatethatthe
goodhardwareplatformandtheassociatedsoftware
capability;indicatingthedesigncansupplyseusoflesscontrolsensorlesscontrolsystemcangreatlymeettherequiredperformance,andtheexperimental
11ighresultshaveshowntheaccuracy、rapidresponseandreliabilityoftheproposedmethod.
