摘 要
摘 要: 聚甲醛是第三大工程塑料,具有优越的金属性能,广泛应于各行各业。通过对比均聚甲醛和共聚甲醛的工艺及产品特性,选择共聚工艺进行了流程介绍,流程包括甲醛工序、三聚甲醛工序、二氧戊环工序和聚合工序,其中甲醛制备采用铁钼催化剂,聚合反三聚甲醛和二氧戊环为反应单体,三氟化硼为催化剂,在150 ℃、0.01 MPa条件下得到聚甲醛产品。聚合反应器为双轴螺杆卧式容器材质选用304不锈钢。.本文章主要简单明要的介绍了聚甲醛的特性、生产工艺及广泛用途;分析了我国聚甲醛的生产现状、生产企业及发展前景;并对未来聚甲醛的发展提出建议。在世界上聚甲醛是非常重要的材料,具有优越的金属性能,广泛应用于各行各业。

Abstract
Abstract:Polyoxymethylene(POM) is the third largest engineering plastic, which is widely applied in many fields because of its superior performances. In this paper, productiontechnology of copolyoxymethylene(co-POM) was introduced by comparing production technology and characteristicsof acetal homopolymer and co-POM. The process includes formaldehyde unit, trioxymethylene(TOX)unit,dioxolame(DOX) unit and polymerization unit.Molybdenum catalyst is used in the formaldehyde unit. During polymerization,TOX and DOX are used as reactive monomers , boron trifluoride is used as catalyst,co-POM is synthesized under the conditions of 150 ℃and 0.01 MPa. The polymer reactor is a horizontal vessel with multi-axial screwmachine, which is made by 304 stainless steel.This paper introduced the characterristics,production process and wide application of POM briefly ;also the production enterprises and development prospects in our country were analyzed .Finally ,some suggestions for the develpoment of the POM industry were put forward.Polyoxymethylene(POM) is the most important engineering plastic, which is widely applied in many fields because of its superior performances.
