摘 要
注塑模具是模具工业的重要组成部分,也在很大程度上反应了一个国家的工业水平。塑料在当今世界上无处不用,因此塑料模具有很大发展,特别是注塑模。
本设计采用了SolidWorks三维制图软件中的IMOLD注塑模设计模块,完成了小型移动硬盘外壳注塑模的设计。对模具的型芯型腔的加工工艺进行了简单的分析,最后用SolidWorks导出模具装配图并在CAD中对其进行修改。利用该方法设计注塑模具,可以实现参数化设计,在设计过程中及时修改模型,能减少样机的生产费用,缩短设计周期,提高设计效率。
论文介绍了模具中的各个系统的设计,其中包括浇注系统的设计、成型零部件的设计、结构零部件的设计、合模导向机构的设计、推出机构的设计、温度调节系统的设计、排气调节系统的设计。并且介绍了基于SolidWorks的注塑模建模步骤,其中包括项目初始化、模具坐标系、工件、分型、模架的加载、浇注系统的加载及其其余各系统的加载。最后完成了该模具的设计并生成了三维模型。

Injection mold design of small mobile hard disk shell based on the
SolidWorks
Abstract
The injection mold is an important part of the mold industry, to a large extent reflects a country's industrial level. Plastic is everywhere in the world today, plastic mold with a great development, especially the injection mold.
This design uses SolidWorks 3D mapping software IMOLD injection mold design module, completed a small mobile hard disk shell injection mold design. Core and cavity
machining process analysis of a simple, Finally the mold assembly drawing SolidWorks export and modify it in CAD. Using this method, the design of injection mould, can achieve in parametric design, design process, can reduce the modified model in prototype production cost, shorten the design cycle, and improve the design efficiency.
The paper describes the system design of the mold, including a gating system design, the design of molded parts, the design of structural components, the design of the mold-oriented institutions, introduction of the mechanism design, temperature control systems, exhaust adjust the system design. And injection mold based SolidWorks modeling steps, including the project initialization, mold coordinate system, the workpiece, typing, mold loading, the loading of the gating system, the rest of the system load. To finalize the mold design and generate three-dimensional model.
