在船体分段钢结构完成施工后应对分段进行检验,即使船体分段中完全地或部分地安装有附件,除非因这些附件而妨碍分段的检验,否则可以在不拆除这些附件的情况下对船体分段进行检验。

The internal inspection for hull construction works of tanks, engine room, etc. to be carried out even if outfitting works in such spaces have not been finished yet but any works in connection with strength and tightness of the hull construction to be completed before the said inspection, in which case, after completion of the outfitting works, final inspection before painting of such parts to be made in accordance with the ? Item of inspection and testing ? mutually agreed between the Owner and Builder. Block joint’s edge preparations and back gouging to be inspected by site supervisor.

6-1.3 Shop trials车间试验

Shop trials for main engine, auxiliary machinery, deck machinery, motors etc. to be performed in accordance with the Rule requirements and/or the standard of the makers.

应按照规范要求和/或生产商标准对主机、辅机、甲板机械、马达等进行车间试验。 6-1.4 Installation and equipment设施和设备

Installation and equipment to be tested on board the vessel in accordance with the requirements of the Classification Society and/or Regulatory Bodies and the standard protocol of the Builder.

应按照船级社和/或权威机构和船厂标程序的要求对设施和设备在船上进行试验。

Tests protocol to be approved by the Owner. 试验程序应得到船东认可。

The structure, fittings, machinery and electrical installations to be tested after installation on board to demonstrate satisfactory workmanship, proper working, alignment of moving parts, suitability for the purpose intended and compliance with rules and regulations.

在结构、附件、机械和电气设施完成船上安装后,应对其进行试验以表明其令人满意的工艺、能正确工作、运动部件的较中、适合于其服务的用途以及满足规范的要求。

All radio, navigation equipment should be installed such a way to do not disturb to each others in respect to indications and monitoring in wheelhouse and ECR (SOLAS Chapter V). Corresponding test should be performed and reported and confirmed.

6-2 INCLINING TEST倾斜试验

When the vessel is substantially completed except minor items of work, inclining test of the vessel to be carried out by the Builder near the pier. The inclining test scheme to be submitted to Owner for approval. The inclining test to be conducted in calm water without strong current and strong winds.

当该船被充分完成后(除一些小的工作项目外),船厂应在码头附近对其进行倾斜试验。倾斜试验的计划应提交给船东认可,并且该试验应在无急流和强风的平静水域进行。

The light ship weight measurement to be carried out by reading the draught of the vessel, by measuring specific gravity of water and by an investigation of weights to be added or to be deducted in the presence of the Owner’s representatives or the person authorized by the Owner.

The draught of the vessel to be measured at both sides of stem, stern and midship draught marks.

If any superfluous weight is on board the vessel or any item belonging to the light ship weight is not on board the vessel at the time of the light ship weight measurement, such a weight to be adjusted later.

The calculation of the light ship weight and deadweight to be made by the Builder and verified by the Owner’s and Classification representatives in order to determine ?light ship weight? and ?deadweight?.

The inclining test to be carried out in the presence of the Owner’s representatives or the person authorized by the Owner and the Classification Society’s surveyor, and then the position of the centre of gravity of the vessel in lightship condition to be determined by the calculation based on the results of the inclining experiment.

The inclining test to be done for first ship of the series only. If subject to option vessel declared for effective, the inclining test to be done for first and second vessel.

6-3 TRIALS AND TESTS AT SEA航行试验

When the vessel is substantially completed, i.e. mooring trial finished, defects remedied, all equipment and outfitting in sailing condition, painting work almost completed, sea trial to be performed by the Builder.

当该船被充分完工后,也就是完成系泊试验、缺陷已整改、所有设备处于航行条件下和油漆工作几乎完成的情况下,船厂应对该船进行航行试验。

Detailed program of all trials (sea and dock) to be submitted to Owners for approval 60 days before trials as far as possible.

应尽可能地在试验前60天将所有试验的详细程序(包括航行试验和系泊试验)提交给船东认可。

Main engine to use heavy fuel oil abt. 180 cst/50 deg.C (1500 sec.R.W.No.1 at 38 deg.C) during sea trial except otherwise specified .

除非有其它说明,否则在航行试验中主机燃用50℃时粘度为180 cst(1500 sec.R.W.No.1 / 38℃)的燃油。

Sea trial at the heavy ballast condition to be carried out as follows. 航行试验应在如下所述的重压载条件下进行。

All H.F.O., D.O., L.O. for commissioning and testing and L.O. in system to be paid by yard. Prior to sea trial quay trials to be carried out for all machinery and system. Detailed scheme for sea trials to be submitted to Owner for approval prior to sea trials.

All maneuvering test to be done according to IMO RRESOLUTION A. 751 (18) Interim standards for ship maneuverability).

Progressive speed trial to be performed at 70% CMCR, normal output and contract maximum continuous output of the main engine or the allowable shaft revolutions of the main engine whichever is reached first.

应按照主机在70% MCR、正常输出功况、合同规定的最大航速或主机允许的轴转速对应的输出功率(以其中先到达者为准)来进行航速测试。

The trial speed to be measured by a conventional measured mile course or GPS. Each speed trial is to consist of three consecutive runs (or two consecutive run if used by GPS), along and against the tide over the same course and the speed to be obtained as the mean speed of the consecutive runs at each condition.

Progressive trial speed to be performed at sea state not more than 2 B scale, that is significant wave height not more than 0.5m and wind state not more than 2 B scale. Otherwise results to be corrected to calm and deep sea, no wind, no current condition.

Function of chain stopper and chain wash jets to be tested during anchoring test.

6-3.3 Turning circle test回转试验

Turning circle to be measured at FAH sea speed with CSR and HAH runs with CSR, port and starboard, when helm angle is taken to 35 degrees.

在主机工作在持续输出工况、该船正车航行的条件下,当舵角设臵在左35°和右35°的过程中分别对该船的回转情况进行测量。

Turning circle test to be done for every ship of the series. 该批量中的每艘船均应进行回转试验。

6-3.4 Inertia test, Crash stop astern test and Crash stop ahead test惯性试验、急正车

试验和急倒车试验

Crash stop astern test: 急倒车试验

From full ahead continuous service output to full astern at normal astern RPM. 从全速倒车转变为正常转速下的全速正车。

FAH sea speed – FAS down to 0 knots. (as RRESOLUTION A. 751 (18) Interim standards for ship maneuverability)

Crash stop ahead test: 急正车试验

From full astern to full ahead at normal RPM. 从全速倒车转变为正常转速下的全速正车。

Above mentioned test to be carried out for every ship of the series. 上述试验应对该批量船中的每艘船均需进行。

Steering trial to be performed with each one pump and both pumps and with the vessel running ahead at continuous service rated shaft RPM in accordance with the Rule requirement, by steering control from the wheelhouse and auxiliary steering control in the steering gear room.

当主机工作在额定的轴转速且该船正车航行的条件下,从驾驶室通过操舵控制和舵机室通过辅助操舵控制按规范要求分别通过每台泵组和两台泵组进行操舵试验。

6-3.7 Endurance trial续航能力测试

Fore (4) hours endurance test to be performed. 应进行4小时的续航能力测试。

The endurance test to include measurement of fuel consumption using heavy fuel oil.

续航能力测试包括对燃油消耗进行的测量。

The propulsive machineries and necessary auxiliaries to be kept at normal operational conditions at sea. The demonstration of changing H.F.O. to M.D.O. to be carried out during this period.

在航行中应确保推进机械和必需的辅机处于正常的运行状态,并且在该过程中进行燃油转换为柴油的操作试验。

Pumps and auxiliary to be changed over during trials. 在该试验过程中应对泵组和辅机进行切换试验。

6-3.8 Adjustment of gyro and magnetic compass电罗经和磁罗经的调节

Gyro and magnetic compass to be adjusted. 应对电罗经和磁罗经进行校正。

6-3.9 Minimum shaft RPM test最低轴转速测量

Minimum shaft rpm at which the main engine is capable of continuous running when maneuvering to be measured. Minimum rpm test to be carried out at least for 5 minutes.

在保持主机能持续运行的条件下对最低轴转速进行测量,最低转速测量试验将持续至少5分钟。

6-3.10Torsional vibration test扭矩振动试验

Torsional vibration amplitude of the main shafting to be measured at every 5 rpm of the main engine except at vicinity of torsional peak at every 2 rpm.

对主机轴系每隔5 rpm的扭振振幅进行测量,而在邻近扭振高峰区按主机转速每隔2 rpm对振幅进行测量。

Torsional vibration to be conducted for first ship of the series only. 仅需对批量船中第1艘船进行扭振测量。

6-3.11 Fresh water generator capacity test淡水发生器产量测试
