没有规定的事项适用中国大陆相关法律。仲裁交国际商会仲裁院按联合国国际贸易委员会仲裁

规则解决。

The contract is applicable to"United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods". the matters not provided for in the Convention shall apply to the relevant laws in China mainland. Arbitration Court of Arbitration of International Chamber of Commerce submit by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Arbitration Rules to resolve.
