Article7Samplingpoints

Article9Assessmentcriteria

1.haveAnnexexceededWhere,intheazonelong-termoragglomeration,concentrationsofozonefixedmeasurementsVIIduringanyshalloftheobjectivesspecifiedinSectionCofbeprevioustaken.

fiveyearsofmeasurement,2.StatesWheretermduringobjectivesmay,forfewerthethanfiveyears’dataareavailable,Memberreferredpurposestoinofparagraphdetermining1whetherthelong-campaignsthosefiveyears,combinetheresultshavefrombeenmeasurementexceededareemissionlikelyofshortdurationcarriedoutwhenandwherelevelsinventoriestobeattheirandhighest,modelling.
