摘 要
环境保护,已成为全球共同关注的重点话题。环境经营,是一种新兴经营理念,指的是通过企业的全过程改善环境成果,同时追求经济效益和环境的可持续性的一系列经营活动。从企业角度来看,进行环境经营首先要遵守产品责任主义精神,即企业产品或服务从生产到消费和废弃期间的环境污染最小化。环境经营日益成为世界市场的入门条件。过去世界市场霸权的力量来自于技术和产品质量。而在当今的经济全球化时代,环境质量也是竞争力。
本文通过对比研究法将我国的联想与日本的索尼进行环境经营的对比分析,具体从企业的绿色经营战略和方针、清洁生产、环境管理体系、绿色物流、绿色营销、资源循环利用六个方面进行分析研究,找出在哪方面存在着不足或欠缺,学习日本一些先进环境经营知识,从而提高我国企业的环境经营发展水平,促进我国企业的可持续发展,实现企业的环境友好型经营。
本文研究结果表明:企业环境经营是可持续发展的必由之路,可有效解决环境,污染与经济发展之间的矛盾,可促进企业经济的可持续发展。虽然我国已取得相当大的成就,但仍与日本存在着很大的差距,我国企业的环境经营发展道路任重而道远,需要继续努力学习。

Abstract
Environmental protection, has become the focus of topics of common concern. Environmental management, is an emerging business philosophy, referring to the whole process by improving the environment for business results, while the pursuit of economic efficiency and environmental sustainability of a range of business activities. From the business point of view, environmental management must first comply with the spirit of product liability, that product or service from production to consumption and waste minimization of environmental pollution during the period.Environmental management is increasingly becoming the market entry conditions. Hegemony over the power of the world market from the technology and product quality. In today's era of economic globalization, environmental quality is also competitive.
This research method by comparing our association with Japan's Sony comparative analysis of the environmental business, specifically the green from the enterprise business strategy and policies, cleaner production, environmental management systems, green logistics, green marketing, the six aspects of recycling resources analysis to identify areas in which there is inadequate or lack of, learning some Japanese advanced knowledge of environmental management, thereby enhancing the development of corporate environmental management standards, and promote the sustainable development of China's enterprises, enterprise-friendly business environment.
Results of this study show that: the sustainable development of corporate environmental management is the only way to effectively address environmental, pollution and conflicts between economic development, can promote sustainable economic development enterprises. Although China has made considerable achievements, but still there is a considerable gap between Japan, China's development path of corporate environmental management long way to go, need to continue to study hard.
