与DNA的结合活性等进行干预, 均可以改变HIF-1的转录活性,诱导或抑制HI F-1的活性, 发挥治疗效果。由于HIF-1能够调控一系列靶基因的表达, 因此,针对HIF-1的治疗可能远比针对单个靶基因的治疗可能会有更好的疗效。但同时,HIF有神经保护和促神经细胞凋亡的作用,它既可以参与致病,也可以抑制疾病的进一步发展。因此,我们在针对HIF-1进行治疗时,必须保持谨慎。对HIF-1进行干预的时间窗,以及进行干预的具体内容,诱导还是抑制,以及干预的持续时间、程度等都是有待进一步研究深入的问题。我们期待将HIF-1研究的成果尽快实施于临床。
