摘 要

现代物流作为国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业，其发展程度是衡量一国综合国力和现代化水平的重要指标之一。目前随着我国经济的快速发展，物流业的重要性也日益凸显，引起了社会的广泛关注。

吉林省地处东北内陆，属于经济欠发达地区，物流发展缓慢已成为制约全省经济发展的一个瓶颈。目前随着经济全球化和国际贸易的发展，由于环境保护和立法以及企业经营等方面的因素,逆向物流正成为一个热点研究领域。

本文结合吉林省逆向物流的发展现状，针对其存在的问题，进行系统的研究，并从中提出自己的观点及其解决办法。论文主要分为四个部分：

第一部分：介绍了本文的研究背景以及国内外逆向物流的发展现状。

第二部分：首先对逆向物流及其相关的概念进行界定，然后介绍发展逆向物流的现实意义及存在的困难，最后说明我国企业在发展逆向物流中存在的主要问题。

第三部分：首先介绍吉林省物流业发展概述，然后从三个方面对吉林省逆向物流发展进行研究分析，最后给出自己的观点及建议。

第四部分：通过对全文进行总结，阐述了对吉林省逆向物研究的分析，并进一步提出需要解决的问题。

Abstract

Modern logistics is the artery and foundation industry of the national economy development,its degree of development weighs a country's comprehensive national strength and is one of the important indicators of the modernized level.Now along with the rapid development of our country's economy,the importance of logistics industry appears prominent outstandingly,it has aroused society's widespread concern. Jilin province is located in the northeast inland, belongs to economically underdeveloped areas,the logistics development slow has become a bottleneck that restricts the entire province economic development,due to the environmental protection and legislation and enterprise management and other factors, the reverse logistics is becoming a hot research field.

Based on the development status of jilin province of reverse logistics, aimed at the problems existing in the system, the study, and make their ideas and solutions. Paper is divided into four parts:

Part one:This part introduces the background and domestic development situation of reverse logistics.

Part two:First the concept of reverse logistics and its related, then introduces the significance of reverse logistics development, and the difficulties in the development of Chinese enterprises explained reverse logistics is the main problems existing in.

Part three: firstly introduced in jilin province, and then from three aspects of jilin province reverse logistics development analysis, finally gives their views and Suggestions.

Part four: through summarizing the full text of jilin province, this paper expounds the content analysis, the reverse, and further puts forward the problems need to be solved.
