3)请柬:(内容必须简短、全面,邀请者用第三人称) ① 写出邀请者和被邀请者的姓名全名,包括性别、称呼。 ② 表达邀请。 ③ 活动的形式。 ④ 时间。 ⑤ 地点。

⑥ 说明。包括举办活动的目的、要求对方答复、对服装的要求、附带说明等。

(二)日常办公信件(Office Routine Letters)★ 通知函(Letters of Notification):一个公司对外发出通知的场合有很多,比如公司地址或电话号码的变更、公司产品价格的变化、公司内部高级主管的人事变动、公司新开办事出或分支机构、公司合并等。因为通知函是针对某件具体的事情来写的,所以依照内容的不同,语句表达也各异,但从信的结构来讲,往往是开门见山,起首句用比较固定和正式的表达通知的句型,然后再具体说明通知的内容。 表达通知的常用句型有: 1) This is to inform you that…

2) We are pleased to inform you that…

3) We have the pleasure informing you that… 4) This is to formally announce that…

【例题?应用文】(2007.4)根据下列信息写一封说明调整价格的书信,字数在130-150字之间。

(1)随信附上薪的价格表,新价格将与下月初的第一天生效。除存货充裕的商品外,其余大部分均已调价。

(2)与去年相比,原材料价格已上涨10%,有些承包商的价格涨幅高达15%。本公司产品向来享有质优、性能可靠的声誉,为确保产品质量,调整价格实属无奈之举。 (3)上述情况,望能谅解。愿与贵公司加强合作。 (4)附件:新价格表。 评分标准:

5分—格式错误,条理不清,语言支离破碎或大部分句子有错误,且多数为严重错误。 10分—格式基本正确,表达思想不清楚,连贯性差。有较多的严重语言错误。

15分—格式正确,基本切题。有些地方表达思想不够清楚,文字勉强连贯,语言错误相当多,其中有一些严重错误。

20分—格式正确,表达思想清楚,文字连贯,但有少量语言错误。

24分一格式正确,表达思想清楚,文字连贯,基本上无语言错误,仅有个别小错。

注:白卷,与题目毫无关系,或只有几个孤立的词而无法表达思想则给0分。如果字数未达到要求,酌情扣分。

? 首先要读题目,一般题目比较长,要有耐心

针对本篇通知函一般分为三步:首先告知通知的内容;告知客户不得不调整价格的原因的及相关信息;希望这次价格的调整可以得到客户的理解,展望未来。 (三)就业信写作(Employment Writing)★ 1、求职申请信★ 求职申请信是考试的高频考点,学生在复习时这部分时要多花时间。求职信是在投寄个人简历时随附的一封简短的信,表明自己申请工作的意愿。求职信可分为应聘申请信和非应聘申请信或称自荐信。前者是针对招聘广告或经人介绍写给某一特定单位、应聘某一特定职位;而后者是在没有招聘广告的情况下主动申请到某机构工作。申请信不是对个人简历的简单重复,而应重点阐述其中最为重要的、与所申请的工作联系最为密切的内容。申请信篇幅一般为一页。 求职申请信的正文内容为:★ 1)说明写信的目的。

? 对于应聘申请信,应说明你所要申请的职位以及你的信息来源,如广告应征或经人介绍等。

? 对于自荐信,除此之外,还应适当提及你的个人资历和背景;还可对所应聘单位进行褒奖;还可提出问

题。总之,要引起读信人的兴趣及注意。

2)概括本人的经历和特长,表明自己能够胜任所申请的工作。 3)以请求面试做为结尾。

【例题?应用文】(2009.4) 假如你是一位营销专业的学生,即将毕业。在晚报上看到一则招聘营销调研人员的广告,随即向该招聘公司写一封求职信,主要内容如下:

(1)所申请的职位及信息来源,表示该广告简直就是为自己所写。 (2)陈述本人的营销教育背景,对营销调研的兴趣。

(3)再次强调对营销调研工作的兴趣,愿意继续学习相关知识。 (4)给出本人的联系方法,希望该公司给予面试的机会。 【答案】

Yours sincerely 2、辞职信(Letters of Resignation)★ 写辞职信时,不管什么样理由,都不要发牢骚,语气要委婉,要表示出感谢之意。内容应包括以下三方面:

①明确提出辞职并说明具体离职时间;

②说明辞职理由(如对工作或公司不满,可巧妙地找些借口); ③对雇主和同仁表示感谢,表达对原单位的留恋心情等。 【例题?应用文】(2008.4) 根据下列要点,写一封辞职信。

1)告知公司经理David关于辞去销售代表一职的决定,说明马上可以离职,最迟不要超过六月二十日。 2)强调十分喜欢公司及员工,但家有两个幼儿,每次在外奔波常历时数周,辛苦不说,恋家之情益浓,辞职实属无奈。

3)今后工作未定,唯求固定一处工作。 【答案】 Dear David:

I am sure you will be surprised to learn that I wish to resign my position as a sales representative, effective at your convenience, but not later than June 20.

I know that you are fully aware of my problem. In spite of the face that I like very much the company and the people I work with, I am often bothered by the problem of traveling on the road for weeks at a time. Things would be quite different if I were single or married but with no kids. However, I am now the father of two youngsters, and I6nd it more and more difficult to part with them, leaving them taken care of only by their mother. Sincerely yours, (四)推销信(Sales Letters)★ 在商务活动中,有一种向顾客或潜在顾客推销某种产品或服务的信件,那就是推销信(Sales Letters)。在国际商务活动日趋发达的今天,推销信作为商业信函的一种类型,变得

越来越重要。推销信也是考试的高频考点,学员应该掌握推销信的语言特色、写作目的、类型以及写推销信常用的表达方式,用多种练习和生动的例子指导推销信的写作。 1、语言特色 现代商务活动中,在写推销信时有一个趋向,那就是使信更具人情味(personal)。所以一封好的推销信应该是从买方角度考虑,而不是只从卖方角度一味夸张、炫耀产品或服务。一封好的推销信要有一些语言特色,我们逐条来看: 1)具有吸引力

Our new products possess a very attractive appearance as well as novel designs. 我们的产品款式新颖,外观漂亮。 2)流畅性

因为推销信很多时候并非应收件人要求而写,如果想吸引人们的兴趣进而激发购买欲望,在写作时务必注意句子的连贯性和流畅性(smooth flow)。一定要以清晰、简单的句子表达自己的思想。 3)避免使用俚语(salang)、陈词滥调和行话(cliches and jargons)。注意应该把你写推销信的对象看作是聪

明、成熟的人。而现代社会上的人们也的确变得更精明,不会接受那些陈旧的吹嘘之词。也不要说一些让人难以理解的行话,这会给人以试图蒙骗顾客的感觉。更不能用俚语或粗俗的话。 Rose has been the hottest salesperson.

Hottest也只限于当地人使用的俚语,这里的意思是most successful。 2、推销信的主要内容(AIDA原则):★ 1)引起潜在顾客的注意。(Attention)

读者的注意力通常会带来对这种产品或服务的兴趣和欲望,所以推销信开头一定要吸引注意力。 2)介绍产品或服务,引起读者的兴趣和购买欲望。(Interest)

在引起读者注意力后,要从各方面介绍所推销产品或服务,比如特征、用途、优点等。还可以用一些如专家意见、使用者好评、优惠的价格等来引起读者的兴趣和购买欲。 3)提出令人信服的证据。(Desire)

可以用售后服务保证,不适合可替换或退款,良好的保修记录等来使读者相信推销信里不光是一些空洞的话语。

4)激励潜在的顾客采取行动。(Action)

前面说得再多,也是希望读者采取行动购买产品或服务。所以要在最后十分明确地激励潜在的顾客把行动付诸实施。用下面这些方式都可以敦促读者立刻购买。 【例题?应用文】(2006,4)假定你公司是专门从事电子产品出口业务的中国公司,你从The Economist杂志上了解到法国ABK公司是专门从事电子产品进口的企业。请写一封推销信内容涵盖以下各点: ·告诉对方你们从何处得知对方公司的情况;

·介绍你公司是专门从事电子产品出口的公司,有意想和他们在平等互利的基础上建立直接的贸易关系; ·随信寄上产品目录和价格单;

·你们出口的产品质量上乘,工艺精良,值得信赖; ·如在4月30日前订货,则可以享受10%的折扣优惠; ·希望今后建立长期互惠的业务关系。 【答案】

We have your name and address from The Economist and have leant that you are one of the leading importers of electronic products in your country.
