内容摘要：我国注册会计师的法律责任包括行政责任、民事责任和刑事责任三种。目前，我国颁布的不少重要的经济法律法规，如《注册会计师法》、《公司法》、《刑法》、《证券法》中，都有专门规定会计师事务所、注册会计师责任的条款。注册会计师法律责任问题不仅直接关系到注册会计师行业本身的生存和发展，而且影响着整个社会经济秩序的健康运行。本文从理论层面对注册会计师的法律责任的界定以及产生法律责任的原因并对由法律责任产生的问题提出几点解决的建议。

At present, our country enacted many important economic laws and regulations, such as\certified public accountants\company law\criminal law\Securities Law\there are special provisions of accounting firms, CPA liability clause. The legal responsibility of the registered accountant problems not only directly related to the CPA industry's survival and development, but also affects the entire social economy to the of the order.
