Analysis for the reason of lacking of answering question

Therefore, the author puts forward a question---why do not the senior students like to hand up to answer questions, which aims to search the underlying cause of the phenomena and find out some effective methods and measures by looking into the affair. The author interview some college students through individual interview and non-structured interview forms, and she find two reasons for such a phenomena of the senior

students, that is psychosocial effect of the students themselves and the teacher’s effect. By analyzing the reason, the author comes up with some methods and strategies of the phenomena. Key words: senior students；questions in class；hand up for the question

经过几个月的紧张设计后，我的毕业论文《高年级小学生举手回答问题少的原因分析》终于完成了。从开始着手准备论文选题、收集资料、整理和分析资料，到最后完成书面形式的论文，我真正体会到了自己动手设计过程中的困难以及成功完成后的喜悦。毕业论文的完成也意味着我的大学生涯即将结束，在大学阶段，我在思想上和学习上都受益匪浅。在这里，我要感谢我的老师和同学。

在本篇论文的写作过程中，我的导师钟铧老师倾注了大量的心血，从选题到开题报告，从写作提纲到一遍一遍的指出初稿中的具体问题，严格把关，循循善诱，在此我表示衷心的感谢.此外，我还要感谢评审本论文的老师、教授、专家，感谢他们抽出宝贵的时间来评阅本文，并提出了宝贵的意见和建议。
