摘 要 由于社会对高等教育需求在不断增长，并随着高等学校教育教学的改革和发展，进而要求高校教学与教学管理必须科学、规范和高效。在信息技术的快速发展的时代背景下，建设数字化和网络化的高校教学管理信息系统，以满足高校教育教学发展和改革的需要已经成为必然的发展趋势。

本文针对作者所在学校教学管理现有条件，通过总结多年教学管理经验，充分分析教学管理系统需求，设计一种基于B/S模式的学校教学管理信息系统。

论文首先在分析当前高校教学管理信息系统的现状、特点的基础上，提出了教学管理信息系统设计的总体方案和实现目标。并阐述了系统总体设计原则、系统开发环境以及相关功能；主要子系统的设计、人机界面的设计等。在设计中兼顾了简单明了和高效实用，扩展性强的原则。由于教学管理数据库是教学管理信息系统的核心，因此，本文对教学管理数据库的设计与实施花了较大的篇幅和较多精力进行讨论和研究。

该教学管理信息系统对于高校教学管理系统和相关的信息系统的开发具有一定的参考价值。

The Design and Implementation of the Teaching Management

Information System on B/S model

Abstract In the light of the reform and development of the education and teaching in the institutions of higher learning,the social demands for education of the college and universities are increasing.The education and teaching of colleges and universities must benefit the masses of the people and the institutions of higher learning must be normal and scientific.With the rapid development of the information technology,it is possible to build a digit and network administration system so as to meet the needs of the development and reform of the institutions of higher learning.Basing on the existed teaching and administration system of Chongqing University and the teaching administration experiences for years,the author of the dissertation has made a sufficient analysis of the demands of teaching administration system,and designs a new administration and information system,which combines the constructions of B/S.

The author firstly gives an analysis of the status and characteristics of the teaching administration and information system of the present institutions of higher learning,and then puts forth the overall plan and the implementation of the system goal of the teaching administration system.Also the author expounds the designing principle of the system of the overall plan,the system development environment and its functions concerned,and the design of the main sub-system,and the design of man-computer interface.In addition,a consideration has been given to the simple,and highly efficient and practical principle,and the principle of strong expansibility in the design.Secondly,since the teaching administration database is the core of the teaching administration system,the author has devoted a lot of space and made great efforts to discuss and research the design and implementation of the teaching administration database.

Teaching administration and information system has an important reference value to the teaching and administration systems and the development of concerned information systems of other universities.
