4.6.1.2 Warm state: Temp. between 30℃-150℃
4.6.1.3 Hot state: velocity compounded stage top cylinder wall temperature more than
150℃ ,stop within 3 hour turbine start again, been see as hot stage starting. 4.6.2 When hot state starting need follow the rules below
4.6.2.1 2 hours before impulse, unit should in continuous turning situation. 4.6.2.2 Quick closing valve inlet steam temperature 50℃ higher than velocity
compounded stage wall temperature, and steam have at least 50℃ overheat.Regular main steam parameter should achieve rated value.
4.6.2.3 In continuous turning, should supply steam to gland sealing and then vacuumize 4.6.2.4 Keep condenser vacuum more than 90Kpa
4.6.2.5 Control oil cooler outlet oil temperature more than 35℃ 4.6.3 Start-up of hot state
4.6.3.1 Impulse rotor to 600r/min, make necessary test, if all normal, rising to rated rotate
speed in 5-10min.
4.6.3.2 Paralleling on-load, use 5% rated load rising load factor, on-load to starting
load.then increase load by cold start. During starting, pay more attention to test turbine sound and vibrate, any abnormal been found, shutdown turbine immediately.
5. Maintaining during steam turbine operating. 5.1. Routing maintenance
5.1.1. people on duty should achieve below aims.
5.1.1.1. Record meter every hour, often compare meter value with regular value,if find different check out the reason, make proper reaction, record.
5.1.1.2. Roundly checking unit equipment every one hour, should notice thrust bearing temperature, all bearing return oil temperature.lubrication oil return, oil temperature and unit vibrate situation. generator electric brush, ring, should no beat,or sparkle, steam , water, oil system no leak, avoid oil leak on fire, any abnormal been found, report to chief on duty.,make reaction ,make sure unit operating safely.
5.1.1.3. Execute regarding regular test principles,when fault been found, handling according rules
5.1.1.4. Check each auxiliary bearing oil level,oil quality,oil temperature,keep bearing cooling water unblock.Coordinate with chemistry people,supervise condensation water,feed water, turbine oil quality.
5.1.1.5. Keep unit equipments clean,rub-up leak point, avoid platform, bearing oil groove, .and floor get oil.
5.1.1.6. Input all kind of interlock device and sound, light signal during operating.
5.1.1.7. When operation condition change a lot, must check steam turbine unit and auxiliary equipment,and record.
5.1.1.8. Surveillance on water jet air ejector operating

Steam turbine normal shut down. 6.1. Preparation
6.1.1. Take shut down order from station master, coordinate with with cement center
control chief on duty, and other relevant people. 6.1.2. Operator on duty make preparation.
6.1.3. Checking turning power ,test run start oil pump, AC emergency pump, and DC
emergency oil pump normal.
6.1.4. Record expansion, vibrate, and relevant instrument value. 6.2. Shut down operating procedure .
6.2.1. Gradually down electrical load, with 100kW/min speed. When load reach 3750KW

close steam extraction quick closing valve.
6.2.2. Totally open condensated water re-cycle valve, keep condenser hot well water
level between 1/2~3/4
6.2.3. Control gland sealing steaming quantity. 6.2.4. Electrical load drop to 0 make unit stepout
6.2.5. After generator stepout,close emergency trip governor by hand to shut down,check
quick closing valve and control valve been close immediately.Start recording idle time.
6.2.6. When shut down, start auxiliary oil pump, make sure bearing oil supply and cooling
bearing journal.
6.2.7. Open casing and main steam drain valve.
6.2.8. When rotate speed reach 500r/m remove interlocking, stop use water jet pump,
open vacuum break valve(about 2 circle),make vacuum to 0 when rotate speed drop to 0
6.2.9. During idle process, should listen careful the sound inside turbine, when rotor
motionless, record idle time.
6.2.10. After rotor motionless, input turning immediately, adjust casing temperature drop
to 100℃, change into regular time turning, every other hour turning 180 degree, till lower casing temperature under 60℃ can finish turning. Stop auxiliary oil pump. Within shut down 3 days, turning once every day, after that once per month. 6.2.11. Close electric main valve, open anticorrosion valve. Boiler close main electric
steam valve, close turbine steam inlet master valve, open each drain valve, stop feed water pump according boiler require. 6.2.12. Close outlet valve of air cooler water filter.
6.2.13. Adjust oil cooler inlet valve according to oil temperature, when bearing outlet
temperature lower than 40℃, can close oil cooler inlet valve. Stop use exhaust fans.
6.2.14. Turbine motionless half hour later, stop condensate pump, notice hot well water
level.
6.2.15. Exhaust steam drop below 50℃, and not rising, stop circulating water supply. 6.2.16. When shut down since dynamical ,static friction, or turning not moveable, must
not force turning, after friction eliminate, go on turning, When turning with abnormal sound, should analyze and solve on time. 6.2.17. Make antifreezing measures in winter.
6.2.18. Report shut down situation to chief and record on running log.
7. Steam turbine auxiliary equipments input and shut down. 7.1. Feed water pump input, shutdown and maintain. 7.1.1. Prepare before start
7.1.1.1. When overhaul work finish, job order finish, equipment area clean.
7.1.1.2. 检查各仪表应齐全完整,表计考克开启,读数正常,盘动给水泵靠背轮应灵活 ,轴承油位正常,油质良好,轧兰冷却水畅通。All instrument complete, indication normal, twirl back wheel easy, bearing get qualify oil, oil level normal. 7.1.1.3. Contace electric staff power on
7.1.1.4. Check valves position according to ―valve operating test card ―
7.1.1.5. Check deaerator water level normal, feed water pump inlet pressure above than 0.117MPa

7.1.2. Start feed water pump
7.1.2.1. After take order from chief on duty, connecting starting switch, current should back to under 20A, outlet pressure should higher than 2.9MPa
7.1.2.2. 检查泵组振动,轴承、轧兰冷却水、密封水、各轴承温度等工作情况,正常后逐渐开
启出水阀,电流应在额定电流以下。Check pump unit vibrate, bearing, seal water, each bearing temp. and etc. if normal open outlet valve step by step, current should under rated current.
7.1.2.3. According to feed water flow, close feed pump re-cycle valve in due time. 7.1.3. Shut down of feed water pump
7.1.3.1. Take the order from chief on duty stop feed water pump, prepare shut down and remove interlocking.
7.1.3.2. Open feed pump re-cycle valve, close feed pump outlet valve,
7.1.3.3. DCS interface stop pump motor, then close feed pump re-cycle valve.(if use for standby pump, open outlet valve, put into interlocking). 7.1.4. Maintain of feed water pump
7.1.4.1. Feed water pump is not allowed to working when both outlet valve and re-cycle valve close.
7.1.4.2. 轴承、轧兰冷却水供水正常,严禁断水。
7.2. Deaerator input,shutdown and operating maintain 7.2.1. Deaerator input
7.2.1.1. When overhaul work finish, job order finish, equipment area clean. 7.2.1.2. All instrument complete, meter ball valve open, indication normal.
7.2.1.3. Check deaerator valve according to \operating test card\chemical
water replenishment valve,inject water to deaerator, keep water level 1200mm
7.2.1.4. Open deaerator steam inlet valve, Open deaerator steam inlet valve, serious
supervision, on pressure, temperature, and water level change. And make overhaul checkup on it
7.2.2. Stop deaerator
7.2.2.1. Stop deaerator need stepout with operating deaerator, close deaerator water balance valve, then close steam balance valve.
7.2.2.2. Close deaerator steam inlet valve, close condensate water main pipe to deaerator inlet valve and desalting water inlet valve 7.2.2.3. Close feed water pump re-cycle inlet valve
7.2.2.4. Close steam inlet valve of steam balance pipe to deaerator
7.2.2.5. 关闭冷渣器冷却水进水阀。Close oil cooler cooling water inlet valve. 7.2.2.6. Close drain water inlet valve 7.2.2.7. Close outlet valve
7.2.3. Operating maintain of deaerator
7.2.3.1. During operating, deaerator need be watch on pressure, temperature, water level
change, especially when load change a lot, steam flow in, water flow in switchover difference temperature not more than 10~15℃
7.2.3.2. When replenish water to deaerator try to be continually and well-distribute, to make water oxygen content within qualified range. 7.2.3.3. Verify safety valve every month.
7.3. Stop and input of half side condenser. 7.3.1. Stop half side condenser.
7.3.1.1. Take order to block up half side of condenser, contact electric and boiler staff,

down load to 3000KW(according to vacuum of steam turbine) 7.3.1.2. Close block upside condenser atmospheric relieve valve 7.3.1.3. Close block up side condenser circulating water outlet valve. 7.3.1.4. Start block up outlet valve.
7.3.1.5. Start block up side atmospheric relieve valve
7.3.1.6. Release all water, circulating water inlet pressure is 0, make sure exhaust steam temp. drop and stable, inform maintain people overhaul and washing
7.3.1.7. During operating, must keep close surveillance vacuum and air cooler, oil cooler operating situation.
7.3.2. Input half side condenser.
7.3.2.1. When overhaul finish, take order to input half condenser, should close manhole. 7.3.2.2. Close block up side circulating water outlet valve.
7.3.2.3. Close block up side water side atmospheric relieve valve 7.3.2.4. Start block up side circulating water inlet valve 7.3.2.5. Start block up side condenser atmospheric valve
7.3.2.6. When vacuum rising, rising load step by step according to rules. 7.4. Start and shut down circulating water pump 7.4.1. Start circulating water pump
7.4.1.1. When overhaul work finish, job order finish, equipment area clean.
7.4.1.2. All instrument complete, indication normal, meter ball valve open,twirl back wheel easy, bearing get sufficient oil.
7.4.1.3. Outlet electric butterfly valve of circulating water pump should on close position. 7.4.1.4. Contact electric people make circulating water pump and outlet electric butterfly valve power on.
7.4.1.5. Take start order from chief on duty, start vacuum pump, open extraction valve, water-ring vacuum pump, the outlet pressure should be about 0.18MPa
7.4.1.6. Start circulating water pump, when starting current back to no-load current, open the outlet electric butterfly valve, check outlet pressure about0.17-0.20Mpa
7.4.1.7. Check local control box, control mode all on ?remote‘ position. input pump-pump interlocking on DCS interface.
7.4.1.8. Report to chief on duty about the overall checking. 7.4.2. Shutdown switchover circulating water pump
7.4.2.1. Take stop order from chief on duty, back out interlocking. First close outlet valve, then make stop operation.
7.4.2.2. Stop circulating water pump, check if outlet electric butterfly valve leak, notice pump running back.
7.4.2.3. For example make antifreezing measures in the winter. 7.4.3. Switchover standby circulating water pump
7.4.3.1. 15th, 30th every month 9am switchover standby circulating water pump. 7.4.3.2. Check working pump, check standby pump which should full water.
7.4.3.3. Start standby pump, check if the outlet pressure normal, if ok put into operating. 7.4.3.4. Back out interlocking close electric butterfly outlet valve of working pump.
7.4.3.5. Stop working pump, inject oil, checking if normal input to standby, and check system
7.4.3.6. Input interlocking primary working pump as standby 7.5. Start and stop of water jet air ejector
