2.1.5.1Main steam system
Main steam came from AQC through electric isolating valve to quick closing valve. There‘s steam strainer inside quick closing valve, in order to separate water drop and avoid foreign matter get in turbine. 2.1.5.2 Gland sealing system
Steam turbine front,back gland sealing adjust manually. After throttle, main steam enter into front,back gland sealing, adjust according to signal pipe steaming status, then enter condenser valve.
2.1.5.3Vacuum-pumping system
After expand inside turbine steam enter into condenser became water, and make condenser internal vacuum .In order to release the accumulated air during operating, on the both side of condenser equipped with exhaust tube, connected to the entrance of water jet air ejector after merged injected into atmosphere. Water jet pump provide pressure water for water jet air ejector. 2.1.5.4 Condensing system
Condensing system include condenser, water jet air ejector, condensate pump etc.steam expanding active then enter into condenser condense into water, collected in hot well, through condensate pump raising pressure into AQC boiler hot water section economizer,get in deaerator after heating, after deoxidize through electrically driven feed pump into ACQ boiler sharing economizer, after heating one way go in AQC AQC boiler economizer the other way go in SP boiler economizer.
The water jet air ejector will keep condenser Inner vacuum 2.1.5.5Dainage system
Casing drain, sealing pipe drain,steam extraction pipe line drain and control valve rob drain, lead to flash tank, collect as below order :the drainage with highest pressure have longest distance to flash tank or condenser.When drainage expanded in flash tank secondary steam enter into the top of condenser and drainage get into the bottom of condenser.

2.2.2 Generator cooling system introduction
The air cooling system of generator is closed circulation, inside the generator rotor both end equipped air fan, cooling air sucking from telos, through coil, iron tooth, iron yoke release from middle. The exhaust hot air cooling by air cooler then start new circulation

2.3 Steam turbine auxiliary device 2.3.1 Deaerator and water tank:1 set 2.3.1.1 Summarize
Deaerator use RCY-40/25 atmospheric deaerator, contribute is 40t/h.Deaerator from top to bottom divide into exhaust steam section, space zone, and packing layer. Condensation water, replenishment water,re-circulating water etc. into deaerator water chamber.deaerated water flow down from the head of deaerator collected into water tank.Effective volume of water tank is 25m3.operating pressure is 0.02MPa. Deaerate heating steam come from in-adjustable extracting point, started heating steam come from mail steam pipeline.

2.3.1.5 Deaerator use condense water and deminerlized water as main replenishment water. Hot well of condenser condense water through AQC economizer into dearator by condensate pump rising pressure

2.3.1.6 Automatic adjustment of dearator water level is depend on control the quantity of replenishment water. And automatic water level controller is controlled by water level signal or human remote control.
2.3.1.7 Automatic adjustment of dearator pressure is depend on control the quantity of flow in steam. And automatic pressure controller is controlled by pressure signal or human remote control. 2.3.2 Feed water pump

3 Protection and regular test of Steam turbine 3.1 Protection fixed value
3.1.1 When rotate speed higher than 9~11% of rated speed, emergency trip governor act, make emergency governor pilot valve act(safety hammer), make quick closing valve ,adjusting valve close turbine shut down.
3.1.3 Lubricate oil pressure (total)lower than 0.08MPa, make solenoid valve act, quick closing valve, adjusting valve close, turbine shutdown.
3.1.4 When outlet pressure higher than 0.07MPa,make solenoid valve act, quick closing valve, adjusting valve close, turbine shut down.
3.1.5 Metal temp of Bearing bush Higher than 110℃,make solenoid valve act, quick closing valve, adjusting valve close, turbine shut down 3.1.6 Thrust shaft housing temp. higher than 110℃,make solenoid valve act, quick closing valve, adjusting valve close, turbine shut down
