4.4.1.1 Warm pipe :From electrical main valve of AQC boiler till the front of electrical

isolation main valve.

After informed by chief on duty, open main valve of AQC boiler, keep pipe pressure in 0.2-0.3Mpa, temp. rising speed: 5-10℃/min,when inwall temp. of pipe reach 130-140℃,rising inner pressure with speed: 0.25MPa/min total open isolation valve. When start warm pipe, open drain valve as wide as possible, following the inwall temp. and inner pressure rising, close it step by step. When pressure get normal, DCS turn to relevant interface,(if switch the ―remote/site‖ into remote) main steam electrical isolation valve, order ―open‖, an frame popping chose ―open‖, start indicator light bright. Close bypass valve.

4.4.1.2 Second segment warm pipe till quick closing valve. Open the bypass valve of

electric main control valve, keep inner pressure between 0.3-0.5Mpa, warm pipe 10min then keep open bypass valve widely, raising the pressure into normal value by 0.2MPa/min.Then DCS turn to relevant interface,(if switch the ―remote/site‖ into remote) main steam electrical isolation valve, order ―open‖, an frame popping chose ―open‖, start indicator light bright. Close première and secondary bypass valve.

4.4.1.3 Same time of warm pipe, work as below:

a Start auxiliary oil pump, check current, red light bright lubrication pressure is between 0.12-0.15MPa, high pressure oil pressure is 0.85MPa, oil level normal; b.AC emergency oil pump low pressure automatic starting test: start interlocking, stop auxiliary oil pump, when lubrication pressure drop to 0.08MPa, AC lubricating oil pump automatic start, close switch, if normal eliminate interlocking. c. Emergency DC oil pump automatic starting test: start interlocking, stop emergency DC oil pump, when oil pressure drop to 0.07MPa, emergency DC oil pump automatic start, reset, eliminate interlocking,shut down emergency DC oil pump

e. start auxiliary oil pump, start interlocking, start exhausting air fan, red light bright, check all bearing oil flow, oil pressure normal.

f. Input turning device. Dial- out locker of hand grip, push it to low pressure cylinder, make gear and pinion engage, press switch of turning motor, check generator start running, rotate speed is ~5r/m, start interlocking same time listen steam turbine inside, gland seal, bearing etc sound normal.

4.4.1.4 Start circulating water of condenser, and vacuumize

a.Start circulating water pump, oulet pressure should be normal, outlet electric butterfly valve open, standby circulating water pump start ―interlock‖(outlet valve close). Open condenser side atmospheric relieve valve, close when total released.

b. Replenish water to hot well till 3/4 of water level, then start condenser, when outlet pressure normal, slowly open outlet valve, open re-cycle valve adjust flow, keep hot well water level normal, start condenser interlock.

c. Start water jet pump, check voltage, water jet air ejector normal, vacuum should increase slowly. Start standby water jet pump interlocking.

4.4.1.5 Open steam gland seal

Open main inlet valve of gland sealing, check no steam come from front back signal pipe, stop, when huge amount of steam come out, use back gland sealing control valve to condenser adjust.

4.4.2 Cooling start impulse and rising speed. 4.4.2.1 Impulsion condition

a. condenser vacuum higher than 60kPa(450 mmHg)

b. Main steam pressure higher than 0.9Mpa, temp. of main steam more than 250℃.steam temperature ensure more than 50℃ overheat

c. Oil level, oil pressure, oil flow normal, oil temp. higher than 35℃.Lubricating oil pressure: 0.08-0.15Mpa,steam turbine continuous turning more than 2 hours.

4.4.2.2 Need confirm before impulsions

a. 505 accidental shutdown bypass position b. 505 over speed interlock position c. lubricating oil pressure low interlock position d. Outlet pressure high bypass position e. axial displacement too big interlock position

f. Turbine, generator bearing pedestal vibrate too big interlock position

g. Steam turbine thrust bearing bush temp. high interlock position h. Steam turbine bearing bush temp. high interlock position i. Generator fault bypass position j. Generator load shedding bypass position

4.4.2.3 Impulsion and low speed heating of turbine

a. Reset 2-position,3-way solenoid valve b. Switch on emergency protector

c. Set up starting oil pressure and quick closing oil pressure by hand. Put quick closing shuttle valve 1830 and starting oil shuttle valve 1839 turn right 90 degree in order , set up starting oil, when starting oil pressure more than 0.65MPA,(this time quick closing oil is 0)make quick closing oil shuttle valve 1830 reset,(turn left 90 degree)set up quick closing oil, when quick closing oil more than 0.65MPA, make starting oil shuttle valve 1839 reset.

d. Build secondary oil pressure on 505, turbine rising speed heating of turbine by 300r/min, 505 automatic keep turbine on 600r/min, low speed heating turbine for 20-30min.

e. Completely check if vibrate on turbine main body, casing expansion and any abnormal internal. If bearing temperature and return oil temperature normal. Turning gear trip off, stop turning gear standby.

f. Check if the 505 rotate speed controller accord to meter and site, check all device drainage normal.

4.4.2.4 Speed up heating turbine.

a. Set on 505 speed controller meter unit aimed speed is 1100r/min, turbine running 200r/min to speed up heating turbine, running 10-15 min on 1100r/min,;

b. When unit operating normal speed up to 2500r/min high speed heating for 5 min.

c. Turbine uniformly velocity rising to 3000r/min by 150r/min.

d. Rotating speed reach 3000r/min, changing-over main oil pump running, stop auxiliary oil pump, put it standby.

4.4.2.5 During heat of turbine speed up need attention:

a. Listen carefully if abnormal sound in the casing. Should shutdown if abnormal, start turning, find out reason and eliminate before re start

b. When turbine make abnormal sound or vibrate more than 0.05mm(not critical speed, should decrease speed make vibrate qualify and find reason. Speed up again after heat 15min. if vibrate still not been eliminate, decrease speed again, speed up after 30min heating. When vibrate can‘t be eliminate by two times speed down, report to chief staff of steam turbine station

c. Check all bearing temperature and return oil temperature, and oil pressure d. When oil system abnormal, like oil temperature too high, or oil pressure over

low, should figure out reason quickly and make effective action.

e. Record the turbine starting time, and procedure, and keep observe and analyse according to the requirement. f. If oil cooler temperature higher than 40℃, input oil cooler keep outlet oil temp. less than 45℃

g. When sure main oil pump start working speed governor oil pressure increase, need checking and make sure it‘s on parallel standby position then consider stop auxiliary oil pump, when shut down need avoid outlet cut-off valve not fully close ,lead speed governor lose pressure. Safe way is: slowly total close auxiliary oil pump outlet valve, stop auxiliary oil pump, total open auxiliary oil pump outlet valve as standby. When stop notice the oil pressure change, when oil pressure drop abnormal, total open it, find out cause. Switchover oil pump need start low pressure oil pump, waiting for main oil pump running well, which oil pressure stable then stop low pressure oil pump. During the switchover if speed governor oil pressure drop, start high pressure oil pump immediately, input start oil pressure, reset emergency protector, speed up when oil pressure get normal.

h. During speed up, condenser vacuum increase, should avoid speed up too fast, control hot well water level in ~3/4 of water level indicator by condensing water re-cycle valve. Usually vacuum rising to 0.09MPa,temperature of exhaust steam cylinder will not more than 100℃

4.5 Parallel on-load

4.5.1 When turbine rotate speed stable on rated speed, reach parallel in condition, inform

controller, contact electric people prepare parallel on-load 4.5.2 After parallel in, increase to rated load with speed 100kW/min

4.5.3 Check regulating system going, secondary oil pressure and servomotor opening,

load compatible.

4.5.4 When load up need control speed, axial displacement, vibrate, bearing temperature,

oil temperature, air temperature…If any abnormal been found, stop load up immediately, make action to eliminate.

4.5.5 Adjust oil cooler outlet temperature, generator cooling water temperature and inlet

temperature.

4.5.6 According to load increase, open condensate water to deaerator valve step by step,

adjust condensate water re-cycle valve,keep regular water level. 4.5.7 Checking if the thermal expansion of steam turbine well-distributed

4.5.8 Check turbine vibrate status. When vibrate increase, stop increase load. Running 30

min under that load, if vibrate not eliminate,decrease load 10%-15% running 30min, still can't eliminate then should find reason, report to chief before shutdown. 4.5.9 Adjust gland seal valve according according to gland seal vapor release status.

4.5.10 Lubricate oil temperature rising to 40℃, totally open oil cooler water side outlet

valve, control outlet oil temperature with inlet valve. 4.5.11 Test qualified, can quickly rising to rated load. 4.6 Hot state start regulation.

4.6.1 According to below casing temperature turbine unit can divide into cold state,warm

state, and hot state.

4.6.1.1 Cold state: temp. under 30℃
