男,教授,博士生导师。1977年7月毕业于厦门大学物理系。1977年8月至1980年8月在厦门大学物理系任教。1980年9月至1983年11月厦门大学物理系半导体物理与器件专业研究生毕业,获理学硕士学位。1983年11月至今在福州大学任教。作为项目负责人先后承担过省、部级多项科研项目。 1983年以前从事Ⅲ-V族化合物发光性能的研究(中科院科学基金项目已完成),1984年以来一直从事半导体物理、光电阴极、光电材料、半导体器件等研究工作。近几年来,主要开展纳米材料和半导体光催化的研究。主要研究内容包括:⑴ \直接吸收可见光的新型光催化剂的制备及其反应机理(03-05)\,国家自然科学基金项目,项目负责;(2)\多孔硅中量子纳米团簇组装材料的研究〈00-02〉\,项目负责,福建省自然科学基金项目;(3)\多孔硅的电致发光及其电子特性〈96-98〉\,项目负责,福建省自然科学基金项目;(4)\多孔硅的研究〈93-95〉\,项目负责,福建省自然科学基金项目;作为主要骨干研究人员参加由付贤智教授主
