资源枯竭型城市转型中主导产业的选择与发展模式研究

—以黄石为例

摘 要：资源枯竭型城市作为我国基础能源和重要原材料的来源地，对国民经济

发展做出了突出的贡献。但是，由于长期以来采取粗放式的产业发展模式，导致出现资源枯竭、环境污染以及生态破坏等一系列问题，导致部分资源枯竭型城市已经转变成为资源枯竭型城市，资源型枯竭型城市的产业转型与接续主导产业的选择迫在眉睫。本文以黄石为例，以资源枯竭型城市的产业转型为研究背景，运用偏离份额分析法结合主成分分析法（CPA）确定黄石市的接续主导产业在综合排名前十的制造业、有色金属冶炼及压延加工业、建筑业、黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业、通用设备制造业、电力、热力燃气及水的生产和供应业、非金属矿物制品业、批发和零售业、旅游业、住宿和餐饮业中产生。并通过对国内外同类城市发展模式的研究，结合黄石市自身的条件，归纳总结出黄石市的发展模式为多元综合模式。

Research on Choice of Resource-exhausted Cities’ Leading Industries and Mode in the Industrial Transformation

Abstract:The resource-based cities have made outstangding comtributions to our

economic development as the supply source of primary energy and important raw materials in our country. Nevertheless,because of the extensive industry development ,a series of problems have occurred such as the exhaustion of resources,environmental pollution and ecological damage,which make the resource-based cities change into resource-exhausted cities. Resource-based industry. The transformation of resource-exhausted cities and and resource-based cities and the choice of leading industry are imminent. This paper takes Huangshi city for example,and industry transformation of resource-exhausted cities serve as the research background,using shift-share Analysis. We combine with the principal components analysis（PCA）and Huangshi city index system determined the dominant industry is processing industry, construction, manufacturing, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, General equipment manufacturing industry, electricity and heating gas and water production and supply industry, the non-metallic mineral products industry, wholesale and retail, tourism, Housing and catering services. And through the study of domestic and foreign similar urban development pattern, combining with the city's own conditions summarized the development model of Huangshi city is Multiple integrated model.
