摘 要

信息经济时代，银行开展网上银行业务是必然的选择，银行发展网上银行不仅仅是分流柜台压力、降低经营成本的需要，更是挖掘客户、维系客户、提高服务水平的需要，是银行新的利润增长点。

论文以中国建设银行网上银行业务为研究背景，对该银行网上银行业务发展现状和存在的问题，以及加快发展网上银行业务的紧迫性进行分析，并从管理体系，经营方式，网上监管方面提出相应策略，以促进网上银行业务的快速健康发展。

关键词：网上银行；内部管理；营销策略；安全策略

Abstract

The world is in the time of information economy, banks developing network based

business is evitable. Developing network bank not only reduces account pressure and cut cost of business but also serves customers.It is profit making point to banks.

This paper, takes China Construction bank’s network business for example, analyzed pros and cons of network bank business considering the internal and external environment. In the mean time, solutions to these issues which are management system,business practice and the network supervise aspects from this paper to make netwok bank business developing healthy.
