completely in despair about school and everyone. But she led me to the reality once again. She came near, kneeling beside me and gently lifting my tear-stained face from my arm. “Never lose heart in your studies, and I’ll help you improve your grades if you don’t mind. It’s also important to communicate with others, just try and you’ll find it amazing to step the first step. That’s what you should learn to do!” Her encouragement made me get over this difficult time. I don’t know which is the right way to express my thankfulness to her, but I just want to say, “Thank you, my teacher!”
5 Thank you, my mom!
… … Since I was born, my mom has been taking care of me. Once I had a very serious cold and that was at midnight. I felt dizzy and couldn’t feel anything. When I woke up, I was in a taxi, with my mom. It was so dark outside that I couldn’t see her face clearly. I almost cried that moment. In my world, my mother is the most beautiful woman.
Nowadays, I am growing up and my mom is getting old. There are more things that I can do to help her. For example, I can do more housework. One day, I’ll try my best to make a great meal for her to show my thanks.
I really hope everyone in the world should thank their mother.
6 Thank you, my teacher!
… … When I was thirteen, everything went wrong with me. I couldn’t get good grades and didn’t know how to study better. I was confused when everyone criticized me except her, my teacher. I was in tears almost every day. She was the only person who not only encouraged me and made me brave enough to face the difficulties but tried her best to build my self-confidence as well. She was just like a bright star shining in the darkest night of my life. With her help and precious advice, I started to change my attitude of life and I appreciate all she has done and respect her all the time.
I am going to study harder than before to thank her and also do my best to realize my dream. That was my experience and what I’m going to do.
Everyone should learn to thank.
7 Thank you, my mother!
… … We all know that mothers are the very people who love us most. And there is no doubt that everyone in the world should thank them by heart. Today I’ll tell you my story with my mother. It was a cloudy day and I went back home in tears. I failed the final exam. Then, my mother came with a smile and told me that everyone might fail and failures were necessary to our growth. After that I realize that nobody can stay away from failures and challenges. And I’m self-confident again.
Every time I failed, every time I was ill, my mother always cared about me and encouraged me. What can I do to thank her? I think the only things I can do are studying hard and loving her.
This is my story. And I think you should thank your mother in your ways, too.
