迪庆生态旅游发展研究剖析

摘 要

生态旅游作为一种可实现旅游业与经济、生态、社会协调发展的重要途径,已成为了当今世界旅游发展的主流。云南迪庆作为滇、川、藏联手创建的“中国香格里拉生态旅游区”的中心，有着其独特的生态旅游资源，在生态旅游大发展的今天，具有极高的旅游市场需求。迪庆发展生态旅游，不仅有利于促进迪庆生态环境的保护，实现自然与人文资源的可持续利用，而且能够改善迪庆藏区基础设施建设以及给藏区人民带来就业岗位，促进迪庆经济发展、民族团结进步、社会稳定和谐。但迪庆生态旅游的发展也加深了对生态环境的依赖程度,生态环境保护变得极为重要，生态旅游开发与环境保护良性互动问题应得到正视和有效解决。本文通过调查梳理迪庆藏区生态旅游资源，研究分析发展现状，应用SWOT分析法对迪庆藏区生态旅游发展中的优势与劣势以及挑战与机遇，进行探讨分析，并基于迪庆生态旅游发展现状和SWOT的分析结果，针对目前迪庆生态旅游发展中存在的劣势和面临的挑战，提出客观、可行的对策与措施，能够为迪庆生态旅游业相关管理部门在制定生态旅游发展的相关政策时提供有益的参考，有助于实现生态旅游的有效开发与保护，促进迪庆生态旅游得到可持续发展。

ABSTRACT

As an important way to realize the coordinated growth of tourism and economy, ecology and society, eco-tourism has become the mainstream of tourism development in the world today. Diqing of Yunnan is the center of “China Shangri-La eco-tourism area” jointly established by Yunnan, Sichuan and Tibet, possessed of unique eco-tourism resources, which can satisfy the extremely high demand of tourism market in the major development of eco-tourism at present. For eco-tourism development in Diqing, it is not only beneficial for the protection of local eco-environment, sustainable utilization of natural and human resources, improvement of infrastructure construction in Tibet area and increase of jobs for Tibetan, but also helpful for the economic growth of Diqing, ethnic unity and progress as well as social stability and harmony. However, eco-tourism development in this area also deepens the reliance on eco-environment and makes eco-environmental protection become very significant. Positive interaction between eco-tourism expansion and environmental protection should be emphasized and solved effectively. In the paper, eco-tourism recourses of Diqing in Tibet area was investigated and sorted out and its development status was studied and analyzed and SWOT was applied to explore and analyze the strength and weakness as well as challenge and opportunity in eco-tourism development of this area. Besides, based on eco-tourism status in Diqing and SWOT analysis result, its regional and resource advantages and opportunities in the eco-tourism development were also analyzed. According to the weakness and challenge in current eco-tourism development of Diqing, objective and feasible countermeasures for its development were proposed to provide useful reference for relevant eco-tourism management departments in Diqing in the process of making relative policies so as to realize the effective eco-tourism development and protection and to promote the sustainable development of Daqing’s eco-tourism.

迪庆生态旅游发展研究

随着旅游业的飞速发展，各地旅游资源得到了不断开发。但传统旅游发展模式所引发的问题不断突出，已成为了旅游业进一步发展的严重障碍。在可持续发展成为人类发展主题的背景下，人们对于旅游资源的可持续利用也愈来愈重视，生态旅游已成为了旅游业可持续发展的具体体现和重要内容。

生态旅游以生态环境保护作为旅游开发的前提，不仅仅是一种单纯的自然性、生态性的旅游，更是一种通过旅游活动来加强游客保护生态环境和自然资源责任感的旅游活动①。迪庆是中国香格里拉生态旅游区的核心区，为了使迪庆生态旅游得到更好的发展，认真分析其在发展中的区位优势和资源优势及其发展机遇，并能发挥自身的区位优势和资源优势，抓住机遇，对自身的诸多劣势和挑战得到正视并能有效解决是十分必要的。
