某泡皮厂废水处理站工艺设计
摘 要
对规模为1000m/d的某泡皮厂废水进行工艺设计。根据污水原始资料及《室外排水设计规范》(GB50014-2006),最终确定采用“水解酸化+混凝沉淀+臭氧接触氧化+砂滤+生物接触氧化池” 工艺方案。
原水首先进入格栅,用以去除大块污染物,以免其对后续处理单元或工艺管线造成损害。格栅后有集水调节池,污水自流入水解酸化池,处理进水中有机物,改善废水的可生化性能,使BOD5/CODCr提高 ,污水提升泵提升污水进入混凝沉淀装置,废水经泵前进入特制的管道混合反应器,在这里,让废水在反应器中与混凝剂充分混合,由于特殊设计的参数,可以使废水在进入混凝处理系统后得以最充分有效的发生凝聚反应。然后废水进入臭氧氧化处理单元,依靠臭氧分子的强氧化作用,降低废水中的有机物含量,同时对回用系统进行杀菌,抑制水体变质,然后废水进入混合滤床,用以对臭氧氧化后出现的悬浮物进行分离,以得到更高水质的回用水。污水流入生物接触氧化处理系统,进行有机物的去除及SS的去除。
剩余污泥经污泥提升泵提升至重力浓缩池,以降低污泥含水率,减小污泥体积。污泥经浓缩后,进入脱水机房进一步脱水。
在完成污水和污泥处理构筑物的设计计算后,根据平面布置的原则,综合考虑各方面因素进行了污水处理构筑物的总平面布置。

Technological design for bubble tannery wastewater treatment plant
ABSTRACT
This study is to design a bubble tannery waste water of 1000m/d. According to the sewage raw data and \the use of \contact oxidation pool\
The raw water first enters the grill, with removes the bulk pollutant, in order to avoid it creates the harm to the following processing unit or the craft pipeline. Catchment after adjusting pool grill, waste water from the pond into the acidification, treatment of influent organic matter to improve the biodegradability of wastewater performance, so that BOD / COD increase, sewage lift pump upgrade sewage into the coagulation unit, waste water through the pump before into a special channel mixing reactor, where, for water in the reactor and the coagulant mixing, due to special design of the parameter can make the wastewater entering the coagulation system can be most fully and effectively after the occurrence of condensation reactions. And then into the ozone oxidation of waste water treatment unit, relying on strong oxidation of ozone molecules and reduce the organic content in waste water, reuse the same time, sterilization system, inhibit the deterioration of water and waste water into the mixed filter bed, which appeared after the ozone oxidation suspended solids separation, in order to get a higher quality of reuse water. The sewage flows in bio-contact oxidation system to eliminate the organic matter and ss.
The excess sludge is promoted to the gravity concentration basin by a sludge lift pump to cuts the sludge moisture content and reduces the sludge volume. After concentration, the sludge enters the dehydrated engine room to be dehydrated further.
After completing the calculation about the sewage and the sludge treatment constructions,according to the principle of plane layout and various factors,a plane arrangements is made for the sewage treatment plant.
