汉语新词中有不少带有后缀－－化的新词语如：教育产业化、知识社会化、国民经济信息化、科研成果产业化、企业化管理、领导核心年轻化、国际关系民主化、经济全球化等，不能简单地想当然一律译为-ize/ -ization形式。
首先考虑－driven/ - oriented / --based来构词。如“教育产业化”、“知识社会化”都可以译成to build a market-oriented education, to build a knowledge-driven society. “国民经济信息化”to build an information-based national economy.
其次可以考虑使用英语中语法的比较级：保证决策的科学化、民主化 to ensure the decision-making more scientific and democratic
领导核心年轻化---to bring younger people into the core of the leadership/ to make the ranks of cadres younger in average age.
科研成果产业化-apply scientific research results to industrial production 企业化管理to manage in the same manner as what is done to an enterprise国际关系民主化to exercise/ practice democracy in international relation经济全球化economic globalization 3. 谨防“ False Friend”
