我国股权投资基金运行及其存在问题的研究 ---以广东省珠海市横琴新区为例

摘要

股权投资基金作为一种创新型的金融投资工具，与国际资本市场的发展密不可分。股权投资基金对促进产业结构升级、培育多层次资本市场、完善公司治理结构、推动中小企业发展和推动高新技术发展都有巨大的作用。美国、欧洲、日本等发达资本主义国家和地区的实践经验已经充分证明了这一点。随着我国经济的持续快速增长,股权分置改革的顺利进行实现了全流通，消除了我国资本市场发展的制度性障碍。

本文从横琴新区股权投资基金投资类企业进驻情况角度出发，对股权投资基金企业进行分析，论述横琴新区股权投资基金企业目前的行业发展以及股权投资基金产业面临的挑战和潜存风险。最后提出了促进横琴新区股权投资基金发展的措施和策略。 关键词： 股权投资基金；风险；制度性；策略

Research On The Operation Of Equity Fundsin China And Its Exiting Problems ------In Guangdong Province Zhuhai City Hengqin New Area As An Example

ABSTRACT

Equity Investment Fund is inextricably linked with the development of the international capital mrkets as an innovative type of financial investment instruments. Equity Investment Fund has a huge role to promote the upgrading of industrial structure, the development of SMEs and high-tech, including the development of multi-level capital market and the improvement of the corporate governance structure. This point have been fully proved for the practical experience of the United States, Europe, Japan and other developed capitalist countries and regions. With the continued rapid growth of China's economy, the smooth progress of the split share structure reform to achieve full circulation, eliminating one of the institutional obstacles to the development of China's capital market.

From the enterprises stationed angle of departure of Hengqin New Area equity investment fund investment class, the paper analyzes the equity investment fund enterprise, and discusses the challenges faced by the enterprise industry development of the Hengqin New Area equity investment fund, and the equity investment fund industry and latent risks. Finally, the measures and strategies will be proposed to promote the development of Hengqin New Area equity investment fund.
