3.4.2泵安装方法及技术要求

熟悉图纸，编写施工技术措施，对施工人员进行技术交底。做好施工机具、量具、手段用料及消耗材料的准备工作。

（2）设备到货验收

泵到货后，由物资供应部门组织业主、承包方、监理及其他有关人员共同进行开箱检验。泵的开箱检查应检查以下内容：

c、按设备技术文件的规定清点泵的零件、部件和备件，检查有无缺件、损坏和锈蚀等现象，并检查管口保护和堵盖是否完好；
c. As specified in the technical documentation of the equipment inventory pump parts, components and spare parts, check whether the lack of parts, damage and corrosion phenomenon, and check the pipe to protect and blocking cover is in good condition;
d、核对泵的主要安装尺寸并应与工程设计相核对；

泵基础使用前必须办理交接手续，基础移交时必须同时提供施工质量合格证书及中心、标高、外形尺寸实测记录等资料。

（4）泵的安装 (4).Pump installation
a, 泵类设备采用有垫铁法安装。电机驱动的泵以泵体为基准进行找平、找正。联轴器的对中采用双表法。

c, 在基础上放置临时垫铁组，将泵吊装就位。
C. The pump will be hoisted into placeon the basis of the placement of temporary pad iron group.
d, 一次灌浆达到强度的75%后，调整垫铁，进行泵的二次找正、找平。合格后，拧紧地脚螺栓，监视泵的水平，不应有变化。点焊垫铁组。
D.One time grouting reaches the strength of 75%, adjusting pad iron, pump secondary is leveling. After passing, tighten the anchor bolts, monitoring the pump level, should not change. Spot welding iron pad group.
垫铁安放时应在每个地脚螺栓的旁边至少有一组垫铁；应放在靠近地脚螺栓和底座主要受力部位下面；相邻两垫铁组间的距离，宜为500—1000mm；每组垫铁的面积，应符合下式的要求：A≥C100（Q1+Q2）/nR
其中A是每组垫铁的面积（mm2）；
Q1是设备等加在垫铁组上的载荷（N）；
Q2是地脚螺栓拧紧时在垫铁组上产生的载荷（N）； R基础或地坪混凝土的抗压强度(Mpa).可取混凝土设计强度； n是垫铁组的组数；
C是安全系数，宜取1.5—3；
每一垫铁组 块数不宜超5块，并使用一对斜垫铁。平垫铁的厚度不宜小于2mm；放置平垫铁时，厚度宜放在下面，薄的放在中间。
设备调平后平垫铁宜露出10—30mm, 斜垫铁宜露出10—50mm,垫铁组伸入设备底座的长度应超过地脚螺栓的中心。
e, 根据技术文件的要求，对于国产的小型机泵应进行解体清洗、检查、测量，测量口环间隙、轴承间隙、转子串量及半串量，并作好记录。
