摘 要

本文的叙述围绕着我在陕西省咸阳市建筑安装工程总公司实习而展开的，依据本次实习要求，主要从实习公司情况，实习内容，实习心得体会，详细的阐述了做为一名数据录入人员必须掌握的专业技能。从数据的编辑、指定、删除和修改，到后期审核和修订。无不展现一个数据录入员那严谨，一丝不苟的工作态度。 在公司实习的这段日子里，我主要做的是数据录入这项工作。（它其实就是录入一些市场收集回来的信息与资料和公司进行整理、记录，与外企合作调回来的项目进行承接外包，即BPO）由于进行BPO的流程是重复性的，并采用了长期合同的形式，因此BPO远远超出了咨询的范围。如果BPO做得成功的话，它能够增加公司的价值。BPO与传统的IT外包(ITO)之间的区别在于，BPO能够帮助公司更快地完成外包。商务流程外包组成要素在一个典型的BPO合同中，外包服务供应商将承担公司的某个特定职能。有效的BPO不仅仅是将流程外包出去，外包供应商还将对流程进行重组。流程重组包括实施一种新的技术或是以一种新的方式使用技术改进流程。要做到这种程度是比较难的。 如选择一款正确的中间软件，如规则引擎，就会变得很容易了!

正如维克多·雨果所说的：“一种思想的时代到来时，没有什么可以阻挡它的前进。”BPO的时代已经来到了。管理BPO关系是每个经理都需要掌握的技能。为了更好地理解这个管理问题，了解一些基本的BPO知识是必要的。

Abstract

In this paper, the narrative revolves around my internship XianYangShi

building installation engineering company in shaanxi province and, based on the practice requirement, mainly from the internship company, practice content, practice experience, detailed elaborated as a data entry personnel must master the professional skills. From the data editor, specify, delete, and modify, review and revision to late. They show a data operator that is rigorous, meticulous work attitude.

Internship in the company these days, I mainly do is data entry work. (it is actually collected from inputting some market information and data and sorting, record companies, cooperation with foreign companies transferred back to undertake outsourcing projects, namely the BPO) because the process of BPO is repetitive, and takes the form of a long-term contract, therefore BPO far beyond the scope of consultation. If BPO does successful, it can increase the value of the company. BPO and traditional IT outsourcing (ITO) is that the difference between complete outsourcing BPO can help company faster.Business process outsourcing components in a typical BPO contract, outsourcing service providers will bear the company's specific functions. Effective outsourcing BPO is not only the process of outsourcing providers will also be the restructuring process. Process reorganization, including to implement a new technology or in a new way to use technology to improve processes. To achieve this level is difficult. If choose a right in the middle of the software, such as the rule engine, will become very easy!

As Victor Hugo said: \thought of time comes, nothing can stop it moving.\era of BPO is arrived. BPO management relationship is every manager needs to master the skills. In order to better understand the management issues, it is necessary to understand some basic knowledge of BPO.
