摘要
机械是人类生产劳动的重要工具。
几十年来,在数控机床向高速、高效、精密、复合、智能、环保方向发展的带动下,相应的夹具技术正朝着高精、高效、模块、组合、通用、经济方向发展。夹具是机械加工不可缺少的部件之一。常用的几种夹具主要有:可调夹具;组合夹具;数控机床夹具等。而虎钳是最常用最经济最普及的一种夹具,其结构简单装夹迅速,定位准确,加工时省时省力,提高了加工效率和加工精度。提高了产品质量。
机械加工中,台虎钳是较为常见的装夹工具,它分机用和手用两种,都是利用两钳口作定位基准,靠丝杠,螺母传送机械力的原理进行工作的。台虎钳结构简单装夹迅速,加工时省时省力,提高了加工效率和加工精度。提高了产品质量。但是台虎钳也有其不足之处。如不能较好的装夹外形较为复杂的工件。主要原因是台虎钳钳口是平直的,不适于装夹圆柱形工件,机加工时工件易位移,有时工件还会飞出机床台面。为此,特对台虎钳的钳口进行结构的改进设计。以满足更多使用功能的要求,使其更加的实用化。

前言
夹具作为制造企业中重要的基础工艺装备,广泛应用于加工、检测和装配等制造过程中。作为生产准备的重要组成部分,机械制造过程中用来固定加工对象,使之占有正确的位置,以接受施工或检测的装置。又称卡具。从广义上说,在工艺过程中的任何工序,用来迅速、方便、安全地安装工件的装置,都可称为夹具。例如焊接夹具、检验夹具、装配夹具、机床夹具等。其中机床夹具最为常见,常简称为夹具。在机床上加工工件时,为使工件的表面能达到图纸规定的尺寸、几何形状以及与其他表面的相互位置精度等技术要求,加工前必须将工件装好(定位)、夹牢(夹紧)。夹具通常由定位元件(确定工件在夹具中的正确位置)、夹紧装置、对刀引导元件(确定刀具与工件的相对位置或导引刀具方向)、分度装置(使工件在一次安装中能完成数个工位的加工,有回转分度装置和直线移动分度装置两类)、连接元件以及夹具体(夹具底座)等组成。夹具设计的效率直接影响到制造的生产准备时间和产品成本。一般来说,夹具设计过程不仅需要大量的有关零件设计、工艺和加工的数据,同时还需要设计人员具有很丰富的领域知识和设计经验。
