智能全自动洗衣机控制系统设计
摘 要
电动控制在洗衣机是较早出现的自动控制类家用电器,其产品类型还属于传统的机械产品,是自动控制的初级阶段。随着计算机的及微电子技术的发展,自动控制系统正在逐步实现硬件化。电动控制洗衣机将逐步退出家电舞台,而在现代的社会,智能全自动洗衣机开始进入各个家庭,可编程控制器(PLC)是以计算机技术为核心的通用自动化控制装置,它的功能性强,可靠性高,编程简单,使用方便,体积小巧,近年来在工业生产中得到广泛的应用,被誉为当代工业自动化主要支柱之一。在现代的社会,智能全自动洗衣机进入各个家庭。
本文介绍了利用三菱FX2N系列PLC对智能全自动洗衣机控制系统总体控制,阐述了控制方案。实现智能全自动洗衣机控制系统总体控制有多种,可以采用早期的模拟电路、数字电路或模数混合电路。近年来随着科技的飞速发展,单片机、PLC的应用不断地走向深入,同时带动传统的控制检测技术的不断更新。本文采用日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-48MR型PLC 作为核心控制器进行智能全自动洗衣机控制系统的设计,并且设计出了系统结构图、程序指令、梯形图以及输入输出端子的分配方案。同时根据智能全自动洗衣机控制系统总体控制要求和特点,确定PLC 的输入输出分配,并进行现场调试
