摘要

滚筒采煤机是煤矿开采过程中的重要设备。它可以实现机械化，煤矿生产现代化。所以，煤的采掘效率能够进一步的提高。现在，采煤机的设计国外更好。此次的采煤机比较适合中厚煤层。我对采煤机滚筒、截割部传动体系等进行了改变以及创新。选用强力而又耐磨滚筒，因为它能够具有降低成本等特点。摇臂使用的是弯摇臂。传动系统全部都是用直齿轮，行星轮被用于最后一级传动。一种行星单浮动机构用于截割部。它具有承载能力强，并且能够使截割部的结构尺寸变小的特点。通过把弯摇臂进行加大角度的改装，这样的设计能够使过煤空间大小增加，并且装煤效果得到进一步的提高，煤炭的卧底量将会变大。分别使用两个动力源(功率为二百五十千瓦的电动机)来驱动左右截割部，此外用两个功率为四十千瓦的电动机分别驱动牵引部以及机器的其他设备。使电液互换得以实现，它是经过替换电控部而形成交流变频调速的电牵引或者更换液压的传动部以形成液压牵引，但是其他部件都差不多。两个提供动力的部位能够安设液压马达或者四十千瓦的牵引电机。两种形式的联接尺寸是相同的。通过设计采煤机的效率得以提高，生产的适应性也得到增强，更能适应市场的需要。

Abstract

Shearer is important in the process of coal mining equipment. It can be mechanized, coal production modernization. Therefore, coal mining efficiency can be further improved. Now, Shearer design better abroad. The shearer more suitable medium thick seam. I shearer drum, cutting of the drive system, and made changes and innovations. Selection strong yet wearable drum, because it can have a lower cost and so on. Use the rocker arm bent. All are using spur gear transmission, planetary gear is used for the final drive. One kind of planetary single floating mechanism for cutting unit. It has a strong bearing capacity, and the ability to structure the size of the cutting portion of the smaller features. Be modified to increase the angle of the bent arm through, this design allows space by increasing the size of coal and coal loading effect has been further improved, undercover amount of coal will be larger. Using two power sources (power of two hundred fifty kilowatts of electric motor) to drive around cutting unit, in addition to forty kilowatts with two power motors are driven traction unit and other equipment of the machine. The electric liquid exchange can be achieved, it is the result of the replacement electronic control unit and an electrical AC variable speed traction or replace the hydraulic drive unit to form a hydraulic traction, but other parts are similar. Two powered site can install a hydraulic motor or forty kilowatts of traction motors. The two forms of coupling are the same size.
