哈尔滨工业大学华德应用技术学院毕业设计(论文)
摘 要
本文是以雷达测试用双轴转台为研究对象展开工作的,主要是对转台的结构进行设计计算及伺服驱动系统和反馈元件的选择。分析论证了整体结构对转台工作稳定性的影响。给出了转台的可靠性与经济性分析。
本文根据转台的实际工作需要,从整体上对转台的结构和驱动﹑反馈系统的选择两大组成部分,介绍了结构的设计原则和采取的一些措施,通过对几种不同方案的论证,进一步说明了转台的性能,特点。本文也有重点的介绍了各组成部分的功能﹑特点,包括交流伺服电机,编码器等。
本文对总体结构进行优化设计,实现了软件、感应开关、机械挡铁三级限位,保证了转台的稳定性。本文在最后一章对转台的稳定性和经济性进性了分析论证,从稳定性分析上保证了转台稳定工作的科学依据,从经济效益性上分析得到了转台的良好的经济效益提供了科学保证。
