4.49 预处理测量结果
如果这些测量报告在BTS中已经过预处理,则测量结果被传到BSC;如果BTS中没有经过预处理过程,测量报告直接被传到BSC,而不需要BTS的参与。
4.50 拆链
由MS发出拆链请求消息。消息内容主要包括:清除终端到终端的连接。这条消息将停止了有关此次呼叫连接的收费。

4.55 释放完成
释放完成消息被发送到MSC。
4.56 清除命令

4.58 去活SACCH(慢速随路控制信道)
BSC向下行发送这个消息,BSC禁止向MS发送系统消息。事实上,此时已经没有在SACCH上接收/ 发送任何消息的必要了,因此它将被去活。
4.59 DISC
MS在上行方向将发送第2层DISC帧,并通知BTS在TCH/FACCH信道上的业务。
