一、入学安排

二、生活安排 1. 图书馆

您可以凭借学生卡借阅图书。 2. 学生餐厅

校园内有多处餐厅，您可以凭学生卡在餐厅就餐。学生卡可通过网络充值。

用餐时间: 6:00 — 8:00 (早餐), 11:30 —12:30 (午餐), 17:30 — 18:30 (晚餐). 校园附近也有许多餐馆供您选择。 3. 校医院

您在校医院就医费用和中国学生相同。您可以凭学生卡到校医院就医看病, 或者可以根据保险合同的范围就医。 4. 银行

校园前门附近有中国工商银行，校园内设有2处ATM机。 5. 互联网

您可在留学生公寓免费使用互联网。 6. 购物

校园及家属区有多家店铺和超市。 7. 邮局

请保管好您的护照、证件、现金等以防被盗，请将多余的现金存入银行，贵重物品不要随意存放在教室、图书馆等公共场所。换汇一定要去银行，不要在私人商店或与个人兑换。

Welcome to study at Lanzhou University of Technology!

Living at LUT 1. Library You can read and borrow books with student card. 2. Cafeterias There are several cafeterias on our campus. You can have meals at any of the cafeterias with your student card. You may also top up the card on line. The dinner time: 6:00am to 8: 00am (breakfast), 11:30am to 12:30am (lunch), 17:30pm to 18:30pm (dinner). In addition, there are many restaurants on our campus or around. 3. Clinic Your medical treatment is the same as Chinese students' who are at their own expense. You can go to see doctor there in case you are ill with your Student Card at any time and go to see doctor followed by your personal health insurance. 4. Bank There are an Industrial and Commercial Bank of China close to the campus and two ATMs on campus. 5. Internet We provide convenient free internet service. 6. Shopping There is several grocery stores and supermarkets on campus and teachers residence area.

Post Office There is a post office close to the front gate and you can deal in civil or international post and fax affairs: The International Office can receive your letters, please check it in time. Telephone: We keep the phone line in your apartment, you can subscribe from International office and pay the fees yourself. Traffic Routes There are more than 3 bus routes close to the Front Gate (North Gate) and 1 bus route close to the Back Gate (Southeast Gate). the Front Gate: 111: Su Liao Chang→Rui De Mo Er 129: Su Liao Chang→Xi Zhan 313: Su Liao Chang→Xi Hu Gong Yuan the Back Gate:139: Gong Da Jia Shu Yuan→Wu Quan Guang Chang 10. The Gate of LUT There are 5 gates of LUT main campus: The Front Gate is opened 24 hours a day The Back Gate is opened from 7:00 to 24:00 No. 13 Gate is opened from 7:00 to 24:00 Gate of South Part of Campus is opened from 7:00 to 24:00 Lanya Gate is opened from 7:00 to 24:00 11. Security Please take good care of your own passport, certificate and money to avoid being stolen. Please pay extra cash in the bank. Don’t put your valuable belongings in public places like classrooms, libraries. You should exchange money from bank, don’t exchange at shops or with someone.

Please obey the traffic rules. Do remember that if you want to drive a car, a motorcycle or electric motorcycle in China, you must get the driving license and legal car number from related unit (Vehicle Management Office). Take care when travelling by car or bicycle; do not pick up someone when cycling.

兰州理工大学留学生公寓管理规定

第一章 总则

第一条 为规范留学生公寓的住宿管理，创造文明、健康、安全、整洁、舒适的学习和生活环境，保障留学生的权益，根据《公安局临时住宿管理规定》、《外国人住宿管理规定》、《中华人民共和国外国人入境管理办法》、《旅店业治安管理办法》等有关文件，制定本规定。

第二条 留学生公寓由兰州理工大学国际合作处负责管理。

第三条 兰州理工大学留学生公寓所有权属于兰州理工大学。公寓用于接待留学生。入住留学生及其他学生应服从管理，配合学校工作。

第二章 入住与退宿

第四条 公寓住宿人员的住宿资格须经国际合作处审批，审批后由国际合作处统一安排：

1. 兰州理工大学录取的留学生可凭录取通知书申请住宿；

2. 来校进修、科研合作、交流访问的外国及港澳台学生向学校国际合作处申请住宿。 第五条 留学生办理入住手续后入住指定床位，未经国际合作处同意不得自行调换。 第六条 公寓住宿留学生及其他学生退宿时，应到国际合作处办理相关退宿手续。 第七条 留学生退宿后如再次入住公寓，需再次申请。

第三章 住宿管理

第八条 留学生应自觉做好安全防范工作，加强安全防范意识。

第九条 离开宿舍房间时要反锁门、关好窗户，贵重物品应妥善保管，大量现金存入银行。发现可疑人员应及时通知国际合作处或校内保卫部门。

第十条 公寓的钥匙不得随意转借他人，严禁私自换锁、配钥匙或另加门锁。 第十一条 禁止转让床位，禁止留宿他人。

第十二条 进入公寓楼的来访人员必须出示有效证件并登记，公寓允许的来访时间为8：00－23：00。

第十三条 爱护公共物品，正确使用公寓楼内的公共服务设施，发现损坏应及时报修。入住前需检查相应的配套设施是否完好，并签署相关设备清单；因使用不当等人为因素造成公共设施损坏的，应照价赔偿。

第十四条 公寓内严禁私自装修，严禁破坏、改变房屋结构和功能。

第十五条 保持公寓内清洁，不准故意破坏楼内卫生。禁止在公共场所乱放杂物。 第十六条 保持公寓楼内安静，严禁大声喧哗、哄闹，使用音响、电脑等设备时不得影响他人。

第十七条 禁止利用宿舍进行赌博、酗酒等影响公寓公共秩序或他人身心健康的活动，禁止个人利用公寓进行商业活动。
