Reach 指令：Reach XVII 27主要测试可接触与不可接触的所有胶料与涂层 如果非涂层和胶料（如布料）按Reach指令做时，结论直接给 NO COMMENT

三、EN 71-3 Heave metal 标准中不允许mix测试的，如果客人要求mix的做，我们结论就给NO COMMENT,但是ITEM中要加一个REMARK Remark: The testing scope of the standard was not applicable to the submitted

sample(s).However, the result exceeded/did not exceed the limit of the standard. 如果Coating<10mg时会带底材去做测试，要加Remark,但是结论照给comment

Remark: Since The Sample Weight Of Coating Was Found Less Than 10mg, Coating With Base Material Of Tested Component(S) (________________) Was/Were Tested. 四、CANADA :只做Coating

包括3个测试：（分3个方法来做的所以收3个费用）

1）Total Lead、 2）Total Hg

3）Sol. Heave Metal(包含5种重金属)

五、ASTM F963：只做Coating

只针对小孩产品，不做成人的（分2个方法来做）

1）Total Lead

2）Sol.(八大重金属)如果重测时必须一起重测，不能拆报告 单独的component可以拆报告（8个重金属元素不能拆开）

3) Coating﹤10mg时如果连底材一起做，结论不能给

comment，需要加以下remark；如果非coating做测试，则无结论需要加以下remark：

六、Nickel Release Test

Reach 指令：EN1811/ EN12474+EN1811

1. 金属制品表面镀镍或者没有电镀的金属制品可以直接用EN1811方法来做测试是否含镍；

2. 如果金属制品表面有非镍镀层或有Coating的情况，需要用EN12472方法打磨之后再做EN1811。

EN12472+EN1811是模拟穿戴两年以上的镀层或Coating磨掉之后再做EN1811。

3. 对于需要做12472和1811两种方法，如果只做其中一种方法如:只做EN12474+EN1811时，不给comment,需要加remark

4. 只做EN1811或者EN1811和EN12474+EN1811都做时，都可以给comment

七、六价铬：

测试方法：ISO17075和DIN51334(已经被ISO17075取代) 主要针对皮革类产品：真皮、人造革、PU都要做的 Limit:3ppm

这个测试不能Mix做测试，如果客人一定要mix做，我们就不接单。

八、CA prop 65 法规用EPA的方法做

CA prop 65不但包括Total Lead 还包括一些其他化学测试，而且都是根据以往的案例来判断的，而且针对的是成品，所以经常没有结论给的。

例如：F21的包包，一般都是客人选点来做的，按照法规要求不一定都做齐了。所以我们一般结论如下：

1）如果选点都PASS，结论就给no comment 再加一个remark

Remark：As requested by the applicant, total lead content test was conducted on the components listed in the test report. Other components were not tested. 2）如果选点有一个FAIL，结论就给FAIL

3) 如果选定的点要做，而包上没有要做的点，结论就出N/A

以上无机类任何测试，只要是客户选点做，都需要表明remark：As requested by the applicant, total lead content test was conducted on the components listed in the test report. Other components were not tested.
