内容摘要

企业怎么样在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,创造出发展优势,实现效益最大化,这是关系企业发展的核心竞争力问题。随着经济的全球化的发展,企业竞争的焦点逐渐由生产领域转向物流领域,由企业间的竞争演变为供应链之间的竞争,面对充满机遇与挑战的中国物流市场,如何提升物流企业自身核心竞争力,增强其可持续发展能力已经成为经济理论界和实业界的一个迫切需要解决的课题。

本文阐述了企业核心竞争力的内涵、构成要素和作用,以申通公司为例,分析了该公司建立核心竞争力过程里存在的问题,并针对该问题提出了相应的对策和建议,从而找到构建物流企业核心竞争能力的方法,提升物流企业的核心竞争力。

浅谈企业核心竞争力的构建——以申通快递公司为例

引 言

信息技术的发展和应用,使得现代企业中大量的事务处理已完全自动化,任何人员在任何时间、任何地点都有可能获得所需要的信息,大大降低了信息的获取成本,拓宽了信息传播渠道,使得高层管理人员可以通过网络直接与低层部门联系,大大减少甚至消除了中层管理人员的介入。网络等信息技术也促进了从供应商到顾客的整条供应链双向的、及时的、完整的信息交流,成为企业快速获得顾客和市场需求信息的有效途径。同时,信息技术的应用可以使企业的业务延伸到世界的各个角落,企业利用信息技术还可开展虚拟经营,建立虚拟的销售网络,与它的经销商协作建立零售商的订货和库存系统,进行连续库存补充和销售指导。因此,随着信息技术的不断发展,人类社会已经进入了一个注重速度的时代。

一个新产品在市场上出现后,马上就会被迅速涌入的供给快速填满,从而使产品市场进入衰退期。企业为了维持其发展,就必须不断开发新产品,为自己创造新市场。企业的不断创新,必然带来市场的快速变化。因而,在快速变化的市场上,企业竞争越来越激烈,速度成为决定企业获利能力的重要因素,能够使企业赢得速度并提高敏捷度的企业核心竞争力成为了市场成功的关键。很多企业和相关行业都在研究核心竞争力。在这样的背景下,如何成功地培育企业核心竞争力显得尤为重要。因此,企业要持续健康发展,必须注重核心竞争力的培育。

本文分析了作为快递行业的申通公司如何进行企业核心竞争力的构建,文章分为如下三个部分:一是核心竞争力概述;二是申通快递公司的核心竞争力分析;三是企业建立核心竞争力存在问题及建议。
