benefit a lot from the habit of getting up early．After getting up early in the morning, I have enough time to make a plan for the work of the day and do it more effectively．If getting up too late, I will feel great pressure and usually can't finish my work on time．My parents are pleased with my good habit．Also they think I'd better take up some physical exercise in the morning．I think that's a good idea．After all, morning exercise can help us keep healthy．So, let's get up early to have a healthier and better life．
