如:王锡安,可译为:Wang Xi-an, 或Wang Xi’an。
Regional Sales Manager
Tianjin Hongda Science-technology Corporation
Xiaohong Translation Service Centre, Tianjin Hongda Science-technology Co.
10F/11F, Tongquan Buildig, No.678 Gubei Road, Shanhai, China

THANK YOU FOR YOUR EMAIL DATED NOV17,2006

high to be acceptable. May we refer you to S/C No. 89 SP ---7542 against which we booked with you 1,000 Bicycles of the same brand at the prices about 10% lower than those you now quote us. Asking for Easier Term of Payment
Dear Mr. Deng: Our Order No.12 We have studied the specifications and price list of your new paints and varnishes and now wish to place the enclosed order with you. As we are in urgent need of several of the items, we should be glad if you would make up and ship the order as soon as you possibly can.
In the past we have dealt with you on sight credit basis. Now, we would like to propose a different way of payment, i.e., when the goods purchased by us are ready for shipment and the freight space booked, you cable us and we will remit you the full amount by T/T. The reasons are that we can thus more confidently assure our buyers of the time of delivery and save a lot of expenses on opening the letter of credit. As we feel this would not make much difference to you but would facilitate our sales, we hope you will grant our request.
We look forward to your confirmation of our order and your affirmative reply to our new arrangements of payment.

Requesting for Payment by D/A
Dear Mr. Liu:
Thank you for your letter of December 4. We are pleased that you have been able to ship our order in good time but we are surprised that you still demand payment against payments. After long years of satisfactory trading we feel that we are entitled to easier terms. Most of our suppliers are drawing on us at 60 days documents against acceptance, and we should be grateful if you could grant us the same terms. We are looking forward to your favorable reply. Yours truly T. Singh Chief Buyer

Dear Mr. Singh:
We have received your letter of 19th December in which you ask for an easier term of payment.
In consideration of the very pleasant business relationship we have had with your firm for more than 15 years, we have decided to agree to your suggestion. We shall, therefore, in future draw on you at 60 days, documents against acceptance, and trust that this term will suit your requirements.

Suggesting the payment by D/P
Dear Mr. Robert:
Re: ―Chrysanthemum‖ Brand Vacuum Cleaner We received your letter of Dec.9, and appreciate your intention to push the sales of our vacuum cleaner in your country.
We regret that we are unable to consider your request for payment on D/A terms, as a rule, we ask for payment by L/C.
But, in view of our friendly relations, we will, as an exceptional case, accept payment for your trial order on D/P basis. In other words, we will draw on you by documentary draft at sight, through our bank, on collection basis, without L/C. We hope the above payment terms will be acceptance to you and expect to receive your trial order in due course. We look forward to your early reply. Your faithfully, Newsy Lee Marketing Manager
