第五章 注塑机校核
5.1注射量的校核
注射生产中,注射机每一个成形周期向模内注入的熔体体积或质量称为制品的注射量。其中包括模内浇注系统和飞边所用的的熔体量。选择注射机时,必须保证制品的注射量小于注射机允许的最大注射量。根据生产经验,制品注射量一般不超过注射机最大注射量的80%。XS-Z-30注射机标定的是额定注射量,即最大注射量,因此按注射量校核。

式中 Vmax为注射机的最大注射量,单位为cm;
V为制品总体积(包括制品、浇注系统及飞边在内),单位为cm; Vi为一个制品体积,单位为cm,图13所示塑料零件尺寸 ; n为型腔数, k~~注射机最大注射量利用系数,取k=0.8; V浇~~浇注系统及飞边体积,单位为cm。 V=nVi+ V浇 因为初步设计为两腔,所以n=2。 Vi=17(cm) V浇=6.7(cm)
kVmax=0.8×250=200 ≥40.7(cm) 因此,此注射机注射量足够。

5.2注射压力校核
ABS成形所需的压力为70~90MPa,而XS-Z-30注射机的最大注射压力为119MPa,在ABS成形所需压力的范围之内,因此,该注射机注射压力足够。
5.3模具高度与注射机闭合高度的关系校核
模具的闭合高度应在注射机最大与最小闭合高度之间,即模具的厚度应在注射机允许的模具最大厚度和最小厚度之间。此模具的厚度为285mm,XS-Z-30注射机允许的模具最大厚度为350mm,最小厚度为200mm,200<285<350,因此合格。
5.4开模行程的校核
注射机的开模行程应大于脱模取出塑件所需的开模距离。XS-Z-30注射机为液压—机械式合模机构的注射机,其最大开模行程系由肘杆机构或合模液压缸冲程所决定,而不受模具厚度影响,按注射机最大开模行程大于模具所需的开模距离进行校核。此次设计的模具为三分型面模具,因此对于三分型面开模行程的校核公式为。

Smax?H1?H2?a?(5~10)因此对于单分型面开模行程的校核公式为.
式中H1为制品所用的脱模距离,H2为制品高度,注系统凝料必需的长度,单位均为mm。然而这种校核方法是针对不带侧向抽芯机构的模具。带有侧向抽芯机构的模具,其开模行程的校核必须考虑侧向抽芯距离。
此次设计的模具,其侧向抽芯动作是通过斜导柱带动滑块实现的,这时,需根据侧向抽芯的抽拔距离来决定开模行程Smax。
Smax=SK-HM
式中SK为注射机动模固定板和定模固定板的最大间距(mm); HM为模具厚度(mm)
H1+H2+(5~10)+a=387~392<Smax
XS-Z-30注射机的最大开模行程为500mm,因此开模行程足够。
对注射机的校核还有安装部分的尺寸校核,因为在模具结构设计时,就根据注射机的模具安装要求设计的,所以此校核可以省略。

There fore, the design has to thoroughly understand various function of material that can be provided as choice, and cautiously test these materials, study it and various factor is to the influence that models to process product function. This text carries on analysis for the hot Su material of tradition to explain a problem. In the middle of injecting and modeling most in common use of is hot Su plastics. It can is divided into to have no already set plastics and half plastics again. These two types of materials are in the member structure and is turned by crystallize there is obvious dissimilarity on the function of influence. Generally speaking, half hot Su the plastics mainly used for the parts of machine high strength, but has no already set hot Su plastics because of not easy, then often drive applied at the outer shell.
