肉鸡产业技术体系生产监测与产品质量可追溯平台设计

(1 中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所,北京100193;2 天津农学院计算机科学与信息工程系,天津300384) 摘要 为增强畜禽产品可追溯的公信度,开发了涵盖肉鸡生产与屠宰加工标准体系,兼顾企业、政府与消费者三方利益,具有第三方认证的肉鸡产业技术体系生产监测与产品质量可追溯平台。该平台包括雏鸡生产子系统、肉鸡生产子系统、肉鸡屠宰加工子系统、肉鸡储运子系统、肉鸡销售子系统、体系管理部门子系统、检验检疫子系统和一个用于各个子系统登录、消费者查询及体系管理部门信息发布的网站系统。平台采用JavaEE构架开发,整个项目的设计都建立在SSH框架之上,遵循MVC设计模式。采用Java和ActionScript3 0语言设计,用Flex技术实现视频即时通信功能,数据库采用SQLServer2005,Web服务器为ApacheTomcat6 0。该平台实现了肉鸡从生产、屠宰加工、冷链储运到销售所有环节信息的可追溯,能够从操作层面保证肉鸡产品安全。

Abstract
Inordertoenhancepublictrustoflivestockandpoultryproducts,traceabilityplatformofproductionmonitoringandproductsqualityforbroilersindustrytechnologysystemwasdeveloped.
Itcovered
standardsystemsofbroilersproduction,slaughterandprocessing,gavebenefitconsiderationto
enterprises,governmentsandconsumerstripartite.Itpossessedofthird-partyauthentication.Thetraceabilityplatformincludedchickenproductionsubsystem,broilersproductionsubsystem,broilersslaughterandprocessingsubsystems,
broilersstorageandtransportationsubsystem,
broilerssales
subsystem,thethird-partyadministrationsubsystemandtheinspectionandquarantinesubsystemandasitesystemforeverysubsystemlogin,consumerinquiriesandinformationreleasingofsystemadministration.ThedesignofprojectwasbuiltonSSHbyusingarchitectureofJavaEE,andfollowedtheMVCdesignpattern.JavaandActionScript3 0languagewasusedindesignandimplementationofplatform,Flextechnologywasalsoadoptedtoimplementrea-ltimevideocommunication.SQLServer2005wasusedasdatabase,ApacheTomcat6 0wasusedasWebserver.Theplatformrealizedthetraceabilityofallbroilers-relatedinformation,fromtheproduction,slaughter,processing,coldchainstorage,andtransporttosales.Thetraceabilityplatform,fromtheoperationalleve,lensuredthesafetyofchickenproducts.
