A: But we can look at this statement another way, what we eat reflects who we are.

B You mean the food we eat have a deep relationship with our culture and our people?

A: yes, take the America as an example, what do you think of America food?

B: America people usually eat hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, and pizza and so on. Just like what we eat in KFC and McDonald s. Is it not?

A: You are right! But do not forget that America is an immigrant country, except for thanksgiving turkey. It is hard to find a typically America food. When people move to America they bring their cooking styles with them, so, that is why you can find almost every kind of ethnic food in America.

B: Yeah, I agree. Every country has it food culture. And I know that many foreigners think chopstick is a miracle creation among our food culture. They surprised that even little child are skilled in using chopsticks. They think it is incredible.

A: ha-ha, they use forks and knives on their food table. That quiet different from our chopsticks.

B: well, I think so. I would also feel unease when use forks and knives to eat western food.

A："You are what you eat"， so, we should respect other country s food culture.

B: I can not agree you more.
