7. Connect the piping according to the attached diagram Fig.5 and form a closed circulation. Blind the F.O. inlet and outlet of M/E. 8. Start F.O. feed pump and F.O. boost pump for flushing. During flushing measure the voltage and current. Check the abnormal

conditions such as overload of motor, heating of pump body, etc. Keep them in normal conditions.

9. First using the filter 50u to flush for 24H then change into filter 10u to continue flushing in filter Y01(shown in attached diagram Fig.5)

10. When flushing with filter 50u and 10u, turn three-way valve RR3 to let the oil return to RETURN TANK for 10 minutes every time, the total is 5 times.

11. During flushing the by-pass pipe from booster unit to Auxiliary engine to be flushed for 3H separately.

12. The No.1 and No.2 pump unit(including filter and heater)to be run alternately during flushing.

13. The pipes to be vibrated with vibrator during flushing. At beginning, check filter B02 、 BO3、 Y01 and by-pass filter B15 and clean them in every 2H. When the oil is relatively clean, clean the filters in every 4H and pay more attentions to the settings in filters.

14. After piping is clean, let oil flow through flow meter and viscometer and put back the original filter of Automatic filter 15. When oil is clean, inspected by QC and OW.

16. After finishing flushing, the oil in pipes to be drained out 17. During flushing Record and inspected by QC.

18. The piping between RR44 and three-way valve V01 should be

cleaned and checked separately by QC and Owner then install back.

辅机柴油管路串油工艺(见附图五加粗点划线)

1. 串油前要求系统管系安装完整,管子压力试验经QC和OW确认合格。 2. 在RR23阀前及RR22阀后之间用临时管连通。

3. 在管路RR-11(32)临时安装一滤器Y02,(备有50μ和10μ的两种滤

芯),安装时要尽量靠近柴油日用柜。此滤器与主付机燃油串油工艺中的Y01滤器为同一工装。

4. 将系统中的RR15、RR33、RR19、RR30、RR22、RR23、RR20阀件关闭。 5. 按附图示的串油管路,应使用压缩空气吹干净,QC在场确认。 6. 串油管路径经QC和OW确认完毕。

7. 清洁柴油日用柜,向QC和OW报验后,通过注入口加入约4吨0#柴油,使

串油管路充满柴油。

8. 注意测量电机的电流、电压,检查泵和马达的发热情况,使之保持正常工

作状态。

9. 在串油期间保持用振动器振动管子,并要经常移动振动器。

10.串油时先使用50μ的滤芯串油24小时,然后换用10μ的滤芯继续串油。 11.串油期间,要经常检查并清洗滤器的滤芯,开始每隔2-3小时要清洁滤

芯,并用压缩空气吹干后装回。较干净时,每隔6-7小时,清洁滤网一次。并注意清洁滤器底部的沉积物。 12.串油过程中,应做好各项记录,QC确认。

13. 当QC确认整个串油管路已较干净时,需请OW 检查滤器。 14.串油干净后向QC和OW报验。 15.串油完毕后放出管系中的油。

Flushing Procedure For A/E D.O. Service Piping (See black dash dot line in attached diagram Fig.5)

1. Completeness and pressure test of A/E D.O .service piping is accepted by QC and OW before flushing.

2. Use temp. pipe to connect inlet of V/V RR23 and outlet of V/V RR22

3. Fit a oil filter Y02 on pipe RR-11(32) for temp use (with 50u and 10u filter element) as near as possible to D.O service TK ,Y02 and Y01(in M/E flushing) are of same type

4. Close V/V RR15 RR19 RR22 RR23 RR30 RR33 RR20

5. Use compressed air to blow flushing pipe dry and clean as drawing, and confirmed by QC

6. Flushing route be confirmed by QC and OW

7. After D.O service tank is cleaned and accepted by QC , fill 4 tons of 0# D.O into it for ensuring the flushing pipe line full of D.O

8. Measure current and voltage of motor, and keep the pump running in normal condition.

9. Vibrate the pipes continuously with vibrator during flushing & move vibrator frequently

10. After flushing by using filter element of 50u for 24 hour, filter element of 10u to be substituted for it to continue flushing

11. During flushing, inspect and clean filter element every 2-3 hours at the beginning, and dry by air and install again. While pipe cleaned, inspect and clean filter element every 6~7 hours, please pay attention to sediment on the bottom of filter 12. During flushing, make record and QC confirm.

13. OW to be called to check filter when QC confirm the system clean.

14. After flushing is completed, it shall be submitted to QC and OW for acceptance

15. Drain oil out of the piping after flushing is completed.
