摘 要
玻璃是现代社会广泛应用的基础材料之一。从摩天大楼玻璃幕墙、建筑物室内采光、汽车风挡、玻璃器皿、包装材料,到电视机计算机显示屏、光学器件、无机功能材料等高科技产品,没有玻璃材料是不可想象的。因此可以说,玻璃已成为继钢铁、水泥、陶瓷之后的又一大产业,发展前景十分广阔。就平板玻璃而言,浮法玻璃生产工艺是目前国际上比较先进的工艺之一。本文就浮法玻璃的生产工艺、熔化车间的工艺布置、生产设备选型、原料配方计算、熔窑结构参数计算以及熔窑合理操作与简单维护等方面作了详细的研究。此外,本论文还对玻璃工厂厂址的选择原则以及全厂车间的布置也作了一简单的介绍,以供参考。

Abstract
Glass is widely applied in our modern society, and it has been one of the basic materials. For the skyscrapers glass curtain wall, indoor day-lighting of buildings, the windshield, the glassware, the packaging materials, the set computer screen, optics, the inorganic functional materials high-tech product, it is unthinkable without glass materials. So we can say that, glass has become a new industry after the industries Steel, cement and ceramics. Front view of glass is wide. As to flat glass, float glass production process is one of the advanced processes in the world. This paper make a great study of the float glass production process, processing set-up of melting workshop, type selection of production equipment, the formula calculation of ingredients, the parameter calculation of melting furnace structure, and the operation and protection of melting furnace. Besides, the paper tells us the principle on point-selecting of a glass factory and the arrangement of the whole workshop. Just for reference .
