调脂康胶囊不同提取部位对高血脂大鼠脂质水平的影响

【摘要】  目的 探讨调脂康胶囊对高血脂大鼠脂质水平影响的有效部位。方法 采用饮食性高血脂大鼠模型，用极性由小到大的3种有机溶剂和水依次萃取调脂康胶囊，所得各提取部位组分别给大鼠ig给药，测定血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL?C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL?C)和肝脏TG、TC的变化。结果 大鼠灌高脂乳剂4周后，模型组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL?C均较正常组明显升高，肝中TC、TG均明显升高;给药4周后，调脂康胶囊氯仿提取部位组、乙酸乙酯提取部位组、正丁醇提取部位组、水部位组、全方组均能显著降低血清TC、LDL?C水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);正丁醇提取部位组、全方组能显著降低血清TG水平;正丁醇提取部位组能显著降低TC、TG、LDL?C，且与全方比较差异无显著性 (P>0.05);正丁醇提取部位组、水部位组、全方组与模型组比较，肝中TC明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)，乙酸乙酯提取部位组、全方组与模型组比较，肝中TG明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 调脂康胶囊乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物对高血脂大鼠有降脂作用。

)Abstract:Objective To study lipid?lowering effects of extractions of Tiaozhikang capsules extracted with chloroform,acetic ether,n?butyl alcohol,water.Methods Extractions of Tiaozhikang capsules were extracted with four organic solvents in sequence according to their polarities from higher to lower. Then the extractions were intragastrically administered to diet?induced hyperlipidemic rats,and changes in serum triacylglycerol level (TG),serum total cholesterol level (TC),serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol level (HDL?C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol level (LDL?C),liver triacylglycerol level,and liver total cholesterol level were measured.Results 72 Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were administered with high fat emulsion for four weeks,and serum TG level,serum TC level,serum LDL?C level,liver TC level,and liver TG level were higher than those in the control group. Serum TC levels and serum LDL?C level in the groups administered intragastrically with extractions of Tiaozhikang capsules respectively extracted with chloroform,acetic ether,n?butyl alcohol,water,and Tiaozhikang capsules decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01); serum TG levels in the groups intragastrically administered with extractions ofTiaozhikang capsules extracted with n?butyl alcohol and Tiaozhikang capsules decreased significantly; serum TC level,serum TG level,serum LDL?C level decreased significantly in the group intrastrically administered with extractions of Tiaozhikang capsules extracted with n?butyl alcohol,and the decline was statistically insignificantly with P>0.05 compared with that intragastrically administered with Tiaozhikang capsules; liver TC levels decreased in the groups intragastrically administered with extractions of Tiaozhikang capsules extracted with n?butyl alcohol,water,and Tiaozhikang capsules compared with model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); liver TG levels in the groups intragastrically administered with extractions of Tiaozhikang capsules extracted with acetic ether and Tiaozhikang capsules decreased significantly compared with that in model group (P<0.05).Conclusion Extractions of Tiaozhikang extracted with acetic ether and n?butyl alcohol had lipid?lowering effects on diet?induced hyperlipidemic SD rats.
