摘 要

数字地籍测量是数字测绘技术在地籍测量中的应用

本文系统阐述了数字化测绘技术在地籍测量工程的意义和价值,数字地籍测量的发展现状、理论基础和数字地籍测量的基本方法和具体作业方法的有关问题进行分析研究,介绍了数字地籍图与宗地图等相关知识,通过喀什市多来提巴格乡大比例尺地籍测量阐明了数字地籍测量与传统地籍测量的不同,指出数字地籍测量以其高效率、高精度、科学性逐步取代传统平板测量,成为现代地籍测量的常用方法。

数字地籍测量学将是计算机技术应用于地籍测量的必然结果,它是应用数字成图系统且融入了地籍测量的外业、内业于一体的高效的地籍测量方法。随着计算机技术全站仪和GPS技术的快速发展,数字地籍测量将逐渐取代传统地籍测量方法,成为地籍测量的主要方法。

数字地籍测量和常规地籍测量都是为建立地籍而进行的测绘工作,但是随着地籍向多用途地籍发展,地籍管理向信息化管理迈进,传统地籍测量已经不能满足地籍数字化、信息化的要求,测绘技术的革新也有力地推动了数字地籍测量的发展。

Abstract

Digital cadastral survey is digital mapping technology in the application of cadastral survey

This article system elaborated the digital surveying and mapping technology in cadastral surveying and mapping engineering significance and value, the development status of digital cadastral survey,Theoretical basis and basic methods of digital cadastral survey and research and analyze the issues of the specific operation method, this paper introduces the digital cadastral map and map and other related knowledge,Clarified the digital cadastral survey, unlike traditional cadastral survey, points out that the digital cadastral survey by its high efficiency and high precision science gradually replace traditional flat measurement, become a commonly used method of modern cadastral survey。

Digital cadastral surveying is the inevitable result of the computer technology application in the cadastral survey, it is the application of digital mapping system and entered into the field of cadastral survey in the industry in one of the efficient methods of cadastral survey With the rapid development of computer technology total station and GPS technology, digital cadastral survey will gradually replace traditional cadastral survey method, become the main method of cadastral survey
