摘 要

事业单位的财务管理是指行政事业单位在向社会提供公共产品和服务的过程中对耗费的资源进行管理的经济活动。事业单位改革是我国经济体制改革的重要组成部分，在国有企业和政府体制改革已深入进行并取得积极进展的今天，推进事业单位改革具有相当的紧迫性，因而深化事业单位改革对于建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制至关重要。就微观层面而言，财务管理是极其重要价值形式的管理，是单位管理工作的一个核心组成部分。因此，本文笔者立足于理财的视角来探讨事业单位改革这一战略性问题的一个微观层面，通过对事业单位财务管理的现状进行深入剖析，从事业单位财务管理的思想观念、人员素质、基础工作、法制建设等方面着手，归纳存在的一些较为突出的问题，并探寻可行性的途径，提出一些解决相应问题的对策。

Abstract

The financial management in enterprise administration refers to business unit management of economic activities on the resources spent in the process of providing public products and services to the society in. The reform of institutions is an important part of China’s economic system reform, the state-owned enterprises and the reform of the government system -depth and achieved positive progress today, it’s very urgent to promote the reform of the institutions, thus deepening the reform of institutions is essential for establishing and perfecting the financial perspective to explore the strategic issues of the reform of institutions, through the deep analysis of the present situation of financial management institutions, set about form aspects of the financial management in enterprise idea, the quality of personnel, the foundation work, the construction of the legal system, some of the more problem is summed up there the feasibility, and the ways to solve the corresponding problems, and put forward some countermeasures.
