用5%设计洪水过程线,除下泄安全流量外,其余蓄在水库,则总蓄水量加在防洪限制水位上,则可得防洪高水位。
此处防洪高水位受下游安全泄量控制,安全泄量为16 m3/s,不超过下游设计标准的洪水,从防洪限制水位开始,根据水库下游防洪要求,来多少泄多少,但不超过下游安全流量。由计算可得防洪高水位为:86.95m,对应库容:158.26?106 m3,起调水位对应库容:82.09?106 m3。则防洪库容:76.17?106 m3。

4.3设计洪水位的确定
用1%设计洪水过程线,从防洪限制水位开始,先按安全流量下泄,其余蓄在水库里,待蓄至防洪高水位后,即打开溢洪道闸门和泄洪洞闸门,自由泄流,通过调洪演算,得设计洪水位、拦洪库容和相应最大下泄流量。
根据水量平衡,试算每个时段末下泄流量q2,得到库容V2,再通过库容流量关系对q2进行检验,若一致则保留,不一致继续试算。
由计算可得设计洪水位为:87.17m,对应库容:160.71?106 m3,起调水位对应库容:82.088?106 m3。则对应库容:78.62?106 m3。
