离子液体对涤纶纤维的表面刻蚀研究
摘要
离子液体是指在室温或室温附近完全由阴、阳离子组成的有机盐,其性质稳定,对许多无机盐和有机物有良好的溶解性,特别是可以通过阴阳离子的设计来调节其对无机物,水,有机物及聚合物的溶解性,在电化学、有机合成、催化、分离等领域被广泛的应用。
本实验主要利用四种不同类型的离子液体与涤纶丝发生作用,对涤纶丝产生表面刻蚀,通过测量处理后涤纶丝的强度、TG等的变化,从而确定经C型离子液体作用过的涤纶丝的强力、伸长量、强度的变化效果最为明显,即C型双离子液体的离子液体对涤纶纤维的刻蚀作用最大。

Abstract
Ionic liquid surface etching of polyester fiber
Abstract
Ionic liquids means that at room temperature or near room temperature ionic
liquid is completely composed of Yin, cationic organic salt, and its properties of stability, of many inorganic and organic compounds have good solubility, especially the design of the ion of Yin and Yang to adjust for the inorganic matter, water, organic and polymer solubility in electrochemistry, organic synthesis, catalysis, separation, and other fields has been widely applied.
This experiment mainly used four different types of ionic liquids with polyester yarns, the surface etching of polyester yarns, by measuring the intensity of the polyester yarns after processing, the change of TG, etc, so as to determine the C type ionic liquid of polyester yarn strength, elongation and intensity effect is most obvious, that is type C double ion liquid ion etching effect of polyester fiber is the largest.
