普通高校游泳教学中学生惧怕心理原因分析与对策

————以山西农业大学为例

摘要

游泳一直被视为大学体育课的主要课程之一,在体育教学中被看做重点来进行研究。游泳课在大学生中很受欢迎,因为游泳不仅可以对人的各大系统机能起到促进作用,而且能够锻炼人的协调能力。经常参加游泳运动可以提高学生的身体机能,还可以满足学生对美的追求。但是,在游泳课的教学过程中,有很多学生因是初次接触游泳,往往会自发性的产生恐惧心理,而这种心理很大程度上限制了学生的发挥,严重影响了游泳教学效果。本文采用了访问法、观察法、问卷调查法等方法针对大学生在游泳教学中出现的恐水心理进行了分析,得出了导致出现恐惧心理的原因主要是不适应水环境、保护不到位等,产生恐水心理时主要有神情紧张、身体不协调等表现,同时针对问题提出了加强保护措施、给予学生专门性的心理辅导等对策,得出了教师的教学设计应建立在男女生不同的生理心理的基础上,建议教师在教学中要对男女生的心理特点进行区别对待,采取切实合理的解决措施。旨在为缓解普通高校游泳教学中学生的恐水心理提供一些帮助,从而使游泳真正能够成为学生健身娱乐的体育项目。

Abstract

Swimming has been regarded as one of the main courses in university physical education class, in the sports teaching is regarded as a key to research. Swimming is very popular among university students, because swimming can not only on the system function to rise to promote action, and can exercise human coordination ability. Often take part in swimming can improve their physical function, but also can meet the students' pursuit of beauty. However, in swimming teaching process, there are a lot of students is the initial contact with swimming, will often spontaneously produce scared psychology, and this psychological largely limits the students play, seriously affecting the swimming teaching. This paper uses the interview method, observation method, questionnaire survey method and other methods for college students in the swimming teaching of hydrophobia psychology were analyzed, that has led to the emergence of fear is mainly due to water environment, protection is not in place and so on, have hydrophobia psychology mainly nervous, body coordination performance, at the same time to solve the problem put forward to strengthen protection measures, provide students with specialized psychological counseling strategies, the teachers' teaching design should be based on students of different psychological and physiological basis, suggestions for teachers in teaching to students psychological characteristics differently, take cogent and reasonable solutions. Designed for ease of College Swimming Teaching middle school student mental hydrophobia to provide some help, so swimming can truly become students' fitness recreation sports.
