中国邮政快递的发展现状与对策研究

摘要

伴随着经济全球化的发展，以及中国加入WTO后承诺邮政市场的对外开放，吸引了大量竞争者进入中国快递市场，并且凭借其雄厚的物质基础、先进的管理经验和技术，抢占了中国邮政快递的部分市场份额。近年来随着电子商务的盛行，民营快递凭借其较低的价格和个性化的服务占据了部分国内快递市场，这些无疑给中国邮政快递的发展带来了巨大的压力和挑战。EMS应该如何在发挥自身优势时并弥补自身不足来同外资民营快递企业作斗争？

本文从中国邮政快递的发展现状及优势分析，邮政快递经过近三十年的发展有着自身经营的独特优势和资源，如政府政策的支持、庞大的网络覆盖范围、实力雄厚的大企业形象赢得顾客的普遍信任、绿卡金融网为网上交易创造了条件。但是也存在着组织结构不合理，服务价格较高缺乏灵活性、市场意识薄弱，营销能力有限缺乏商业技巧、品牌意识薄弱、品牌维护管理水平落后等方面的不足。以此为EMS的发展提出建议与对策，致力于中国邮政快递更好更快的发展。

ABSTRACT

With the development of economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO commitment postal markets opening tot the outside world, has attracted a large number of competitors to enter the Chinese market, and with its abundant material base, the advanced management experience and technology, grab the postal express delivery market share in China. With the popularity of e-commerce in recent years, private express with its low prices and personalized service occupied part of the domestic express market, these will give the development of Chinese postal service express delivery has brought great pressure and challenge. To compete against foreign express delivery, private express, EMS should be how to overcome the shortage of its own, play to their advantages of continue to operate?

This article from the development of China's postal delivery status and advantage analysis, postal delivery after nearly 30 years of development has its unique advantages and resources, such as the government's policy support, the vast network coverage, big strong corporate image to win the widespread customer trust. But there is also the organizational structure is unreasonable, lack of flexibility service prices are higher, the market consciousness is weak, lack of marketing capabilities are limited business skills, weak brand awareness, brand maintenance and management level backward, etc. Again based on this put forward Suggestions and countermeasures for the development of Chinese postal service express delivery, so that the development of China's postal delivery better.
