探讨手术室护理在合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染预防中的应用

[摘要] 目的 研究分析合并糖尿病患者术后感染使用手术室内护理进行预防的临床效果。 方法 2013年11月—2015年11月该院对112例合并糖尿病患者进行了研究分析，将患者分成对照组和观察组，对照组使用常规护理，观察组使用常规护理和手术室内护理。观察患者术后的切感染发生情况和并发症情况，对两组结果进行比较分析。 结果 两组患者接受不同护理方式，观察组的术后切口感染率是3.57%，对照组的切口感染率是25.00%；观察组术后感染合并发症发生率是5.36%，对照组是23.21%；观察组患者的护理满意度是96.43%，对照组患者的护理满意度是83.93%，两组结果对比差异有统计学意义（P [关键词] 手术室内护理；合并糖尿病；术后切口感染
